I don't know how other brands justify their prices with products like this available. It's simple, compact and accurate. I've bought one before, but left it in a cart after a round. Of course when I called a few days later no one had turned it in. When I bought this one, I immediately used my office's label maker to put a sticker with my name and number. I was looking for a range finder that would not break the bank, this one was mid price and had all the features. I have used it now for over a year with no issues at all. Easy to change the values.It has yards and Meters also has elevation changes.I have put it up against other range finders in the 4some and find it very accurate. The only issue i have had is the focus is all the way to the one way and it could be just a little finer view. This product worked very well for me for 2.5 years. Then one day, it didn't work. No vibrate, no crosshairs, nothing. Tried 3 different batteries that I confirmed as good in my husband's range finder (same model) without success.     • Performance of a $400 rangefinder at 1/4 of the price

Purchased this because of the good reviews and not wanting to spend $2-400 on a rangefinder. This shoots within 1-2 yards of my buddy's more expensive rangefinders and also gives you slope readings which some other expensive rangefinders don't offer. Locks the pin easily, super clear viewfinder with a focus adjustment, different settings for ease of use or legality for tournaments that don't allow slope, easy to read and use. Comes with a pretty nice carry pouch with a magnet but use the large loop to attach it to your bag, the smaller loop is pretty weak and will break after some use leaving you hoping someone is nice enough to turn it in to the pro shop. After more than a year I had an issue that couldn't be resolved by a new battery or adjustment to the settings. Customer service took care of me and sent a new unit within two days. This rangefinder is easily as good as any out there, all the same features at a fraction of the cost. I’ve had 3 others that I paid at least 3x as much for that weren’t any better. I’ve lost 2 and had 1 stolen so I took a chance on this and I’m quite happy I did. I use it around 4 rounds a week.

Got this July 2021, played 4+ rounds a week until December 2021, and then took a 29 month break. When I came back, this was still working just fine. I keep it in my bag, which will sometimes stay in my car. While I play, it is sitting in the dashboard of my cart. I've not had to replace the battery once yet. Sometimes, less than once every other round, I will aim it at the flag and it gets stuck in the "loading" signal, where the display just blinks. This is the most annoying thing about it. I have to wait for it to shut off on its own. Clicking the button again does not fix it. I dont use the slope mode or anything, just M2. Straight line distance. ... show more

UPDATE**** READ BELOW****I bought this to replace a recent Bushnell rangefinder that I left in a cart, after playing a round out of town. I spent about $300 on that range finder and got to use it about 5 times. I've always bought Leopold or Bushnell's in the past and have been happy with the purchases, What I liked on my last purchase was the slope and the pin lock. This time I didn't feel like dropping another $300 on a range finder, and took a chance on this Wosports range finder. I never heard of the company but the reviews were consistent, so I gave it a try. For the price I figured, I hope for the best and expect the worse. I was pleasantly surprised. I took it to Torrey Pines and was impressed. The accuracy was very good. Compared to my friends Bushnell range finder they were very close in yardage. My past rangefinders needed the flag stick reflectors to get accurate yardage, but didn't need it with this finder. So, for the negatives....every product has some... compared to the Bushnell, from longer distances 180-250 yards, the Bushnell was easier to use. It picked up the flag much easier. I had to spend more time shooting the flag to get an accurate reading with the Wosports. Also, if there is a hill or bunker in the fairway, the finder will accidentally pick up that point versus the flag. I also found it easier to pick up a person on the green versus the flag from 200 yards and out. Otherwise, this is a great rangefinder for the price. At this price point I wont be so upset if this finder gets lost or stolen. I've only used it twice but so fa,r so good. Time will tell if it remains accurate. I will update after a few more rounds if anything changes. I thought an unbiased review from a veteran golfer, that has used many devices in the past, would help many who are on the fence on buying this range finder. Give it a chance at this price. *****UPDATE**** not working as well as when I bought it. I noticed that I was consistently short the last few rounds. Thought it was something with my swing. Turns out the range finder is not working right. It is between 15-20 yards off on its accuracy. I put it up to my friends Bushnell and it was off every time. Also, I tried it against a cart built in range system and it was short every time. Not sure what happened. Its been in the case the entire time and I even changed the battery. Don't buy.
