Worx WA3012 20V Power Share PRO 4.0Ah Lithium-Ion High-Capacity Batteries were developed to unlock the full potential of Worx Nitro power and outdoor products, offering extended run times, more performance, and greater protection against heat and impacts than standard batteries. But they’re still compatible with every Worx Power Share 20V & 40V tool, outdoor power and lifestyle product. They feature an Intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors and optimizes each individual cell in the battery which maximizes overall performance, and cell-cooling technology employs thermoplastic material to keep the cells cooler, longer, which extends run time. The full-wrap 360-degree cell encasing provides protection against the tougher tasks that advanced DIY-ers and professionals put their tools through, with shielding against impacts, vibration, and excessive heat. And the charge- level indicator offers a constant readout of available charge for each Power Share PRO battery. Woks as advertised with no issues... I do find these batteries take longer than expected to Charge, but I do not see that as an issue with the battery, but more of with the Charger that comes with the mower itself! This is also a BIG Battery, so I would expect it to take longer.. just more than expected... I would recommend this to anyone needing one. Seems to be a good battery so far. I bought this battery to replace the original battery pack that came with my Worx leaf blower because it looked like it was more substantial as far as battery life. It has not disappointed. Not only does it last at least twice as long, it feels like it provides more power, although that may just be my imagination, because the two are rated the same power. This is the third set of these specific batteries we own. We have a small mower to do touch up mowing, as the yard is large enough we use a lawn tractor for most of it. Since much of it is weeds, not grass in town, it runs through batteries. Just needed the larger on, which I also use in my chain saw. ... show more

I purchased an aftermarket battery about 6 months ago.I had to throw it out,it wouldn't take a charge anymore. I have a lot of Worx tools and their battery's are good. Great price. It was on sale.

One battery was fine. The other battery wouldn’t even light up to show battery lights. They should have made sure they both worked!!

I am very happy with this battery. My leaf blower keep burning through my small batteries. This one has it blowing for days. I don't use it too often, usually for just a few minutes every day that I make it back to my garage gym. I blow the dust off of the floor and get to work.

    • Huge upgrade to stock 2AH batteries
These 4AH batteries fit perfectly in smaller, "non-pro" Worx tools that come with the smaller 2AH batteries, as well as the bigger "Pro" tools that come with two of these for 40V total. In addition to massively extending runtime, upgrading to one of these batteries gets you a charge level indicator visible while using the tool itself, and a bit more "oomph" on particularly heavy jobs with more resistance to the tool (eg cutting very hard wood with the 20V jaw saw) due to the increased current supply available from this battery as compared to the smaller ones.
