Lightweight and Promising Snow Blower
I haven't had a chance to test this snow blower in actual snow yet, since it's still October, but I assembled it and tried it out blowing leaves. It was fun to use, and I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight it is. The battery lasted through approximately 30 minutes of use, which was encouraging. At $170, it seems like a worthwhile investment so far, although the real test will come when winter arrives. We only get significant snowfall about once a year where I live, but clearing the paths to the barn and livestock areas was a real chore last winter. I already use a plow for heavier snow, and I'm hoping this blower will make clearing smaller walking paths easier without damaging the yard. Overall, my first impression is very positive. I can't comment on its snow-clearing performance just yet, but it seems promising for my needs. I'll update my review after giving it a proper test in winter.

An interesting twist on a snowblower
The unit comes in a pretty small box, once I unpackaged it, it took literally maybe 5 minutes to put it together. A total of two carriage bolts and plastic t handles connect the handle shaft, then snapping the second hand hold on to the handle shaft with a bolt and plastic t-handle, and you're done. It goes together pretty simply, everything was held together with zip ties so you don't even have to find and fit the pieces together, just connect them and bolt them together. Picking the thing up is pretty easy as well, it's pretty light weight. Once I got it together it was sturdier than I was expecting it to be.. but even with as tight as I wanted to get the bolts.. it still had a little bit of play in it. I live in an area that gets snow maybe twice a year and it melts within days. If you're in an area like that, this snow shovel could be of use. The cutting mechanism is only 10 in wide so it's not going to clear a large area effectively.. Again, in an area that gets very little snow and you have maybe a sidewalk or deck to clear off, this should work well for you. It only comes with one battery, so if you're trying to do a large area or clearing out more than five or six inches of snow build up.. you probably will end up having to charge the battery between the job. If you live in an area that gets real winters, you probably already know this won't work for you.

Very cool snow shovel!!
So i haven't got to try it out with snow yet for it's only September, but i did put it all together and blow some leaves around with it, that was fun, lol. It is surprisingly lightweight and the battery lasted then entire 30 minutes or so that I was messing around with it. So far I say it's definitely worth the money, I forsee it devouring the snow like a tweeker, lol Now we don't get snow where I live but maybe once a year that is worth shoveling, so I'm sure this bad boy will last me 20 yrs or more but last year it was a pain to shovel all the paths we needed to tend to the livestock. Yeah I used the plow for the big stuff but this will allow me to not destroy my yard plowing a walking path to the barn. If it turns out to be a flop come winter I'll update the review but I really think this is a winner.

Powerful and easy to assemble
Still waiting for the first snowfall but I can already say that it is fairly easy to assemble, if you are a good DIYer and the quality looks ok. While I have not tested it with snow yet I can say that it seems powerful enough to really help on a snowfall. You likely can’t let it accumulate much otherwise it won’t work, but with about 6 to 10 inches I can see it working fine. The battery fully charged seems to be enough to get a small driveway and a sidewalk done, so about 25 to 40 minutes of working power - but that will depend a lot on both the accumulation as well as the temperature outside. All in all a great product and potentially a good one to replace a shovel this year.

Strong motor, easy to use, not too heavy.
So, let's face it. This won't replace a two or three stage snow blower. But if you have a small space such as a sidewalk or small parking area, this cordless snow shovel / blower should be able to do the trick. The motor is pretty strong. You can select the angle at which it will throw the snow to the left, to the right, or in front of you. While it is heavier than a regular shovel, it should not be too heavy for most people. The construction is pretty solid. It was very easy to assemble with a couple of pins. It can be folded for storage, I suppose. But it will not be as easy as fitting it back in the box. The handle is very sturdy, so you can lift it pretty easily. The only thing I wish was a little better is that it had more than one battery. I have another one that came with 2 batteries, even though they have a little less capability per battery. Hopefully, the manufacturer will make it so you can buy an extra battery, so you don't have to wait between charges while snow blowing. One thing I have learned while using snowblowers is to spray inside the snowblower area with clear silicone spray. This prevents the snow from sticking to the material and clogging up the snowblower. Overall, I would say, this is a pretty good product for smaller areas.

Snow ready!
Now it hasn’t snowed yet but when it does I’ll be able to easily clear the walkway when we have guests over for the holidays. Charges easily and quickly. It’s very light weight, even my kids could hold and push this around. They could probably operate it completely actually because it’s so simple to use. Highly recommend for anyone needing to upgrade from a shovel- the elderly and disabled, or just those plain tired of the good ol’ shovel! Easy to put together with just a few steps and even easier to operate. I love that it doesn’t have loads of steps to operate since I’ll only have to use it in the winter and would probably forget a long list of steps by next year otherwise. To me, it’s decent quality that’ll get the job done at a good price point considering the small walkways I’ll be using it on. Great purchase to make my life easier this winter!

Worth the investment, in my opinion
This WORKPROX Cordless Snow Shovel is VERY cool! One of my fears is that my husband will be out shoveling and have a heart attack.... he is 29, HOWEVER, you never know. This shovel was very easy to put together, you don't even need tools for assembly! The battery and power behind it is fantastic and it's pretty lightweight, so I could even go out and shovel if need be. It also gives me peace of mind, which is worth the price in and of itself! I love that there is also a light attached so when it's late it operates in the dark. Overall, I feel like this snow shovel was worth the investment and peace of mind.
