Very pleased with this 18 inch ratchet. I have several extra long ratchets in 1/2 inch and 3/8 drive, very good professional level quality ratchets that are my go-to ratchets for many auto repair jobs. I needed another one in 3/8 drive for my mobile toolbox. I did not want to spend major money on another high dollar ratchet, just something capable and at a lower price point. I have to say, this is one well made extra long ratchet that comes with a fine tooth ratchet head count, great for those really tight work areas on late model vehicles. Great chome finish and I just love the smooth action with very little back-drag. i do believe a larger diameter grip area on the handle would be to my liking, but it's ok, it's getting the job done without any issues. It's made in Taiwan, so the quality is very good. I believe with reasonable use and proper care it's going to be a good ratchet long term. For the price you can't go wrong.

This ratchet looks and performs way above the price tag. Nice flex head with good stops and a very good ratchet action. The 18 inch handle is slim and smooth and provides a good deal of leverage. I would recommend and buy again.

This ratchet was a great purchase. The flex head provides better handle swing clearance to allow easier access with sockets on nuts and bolts. The length is better than the shorter handle that came with my socket set because the longer length provides some extra leverage to apply more force. The quality of this tool is great. The combination of the flex head for better access and the longer handle for more leverage makes this tool very useful.

This ratchet works well as long as you are not working in tight spaces. This is because the thickness of the ratchet head is normal thickness - it is not slim at all or any thinner than a normal ratchet.

Great toolbox addition. Was originally looking for a locking flex head in one of these long 1/4" drive ratchets, but couldn't pass up a great deal on this Workpro. The head snaps fairly securely into the different grooves. Has low back drag, and the chroming is excellent. Works for me...

Added length makes for easier work, however the tilt head can be problematic if you're not careful on the angle of torque. Effort to tilt head is a bit to easy leading to possible slippage and potential injury too. I like it though.
