I ordered these and got them quicker than expected, which was awesome. They are as good as they are advised, I really like the spring loaded clip in the ring, much easier to put keys on than the old spiral loops. The only problem is that I received the wrong color. It’s not a big deal really, my intention was to color code key rings, and the primary reason I ordered separate colors. I sat on it for a couple of days, then decided to find out if I could exchange them for the correct color combination. Timi got back to me the same night and got everything taken care of in a couple of days. At first they were ok. My wife, daughter, and I each put one on our car keys and I have one attached to a lanyard in my laptop bag. My AirTag has fallen out of mine multiple times. The worst was at a gas station (luckily not far from home). The AirTag fell out at some point between getting out to get gas and getting back in the car. I didn't notice it was missing from my keys until later that evening and had to go back to search for it in the middle of the night. Yesterday while leaving work I was pulling my keys out of my pocket and my AirTag pops out of the key chain and went flying through the air. My daughter and wife have not had any major issues with theirs but we aren't taking any changes and have changed to a different product. These would be ok to attach inside a bag or something but I cannot recommend using it for a keychain. ... show more

Update: Heard from the company after they read my initial review and they issued me a full refund and followed up a second time to make sure I received the refund and to see if there was anything else they could do for me. Good customer service! two times I had AirTags fall out of these holders when I brushed up against something. I generally hang my keys off of one of my belt loops and when I rubbed up against something the holder somehow caught and the AirTag popped out. I have since switched to another type of holder and have not had the problem repeat itself. ... show more

After an initial issue with my first order, the customer service department contacted me quite quickly and frequently to fully resolve the issue. I was impressed by the efforts they went through to fully resolve my issue. The replacement keychain is much better designed and I'm happy to recommend it. Easy to put AirTag in the holder. Unfortunately, one of the rings came apart in my pocket after only a few day's use. Fortunately it was in my pocket so I didn't lose any of my keys. I'm now using a different key ring with it, but it doesn't look as nice as the ring that came with this. UPDATE: Customer service contacted me after my review and overnighted a replacement to me. The new one works perfectly and I've very happy with it as well as their level of customer service. The product is ok. You can easily get the airtag in and it doesn’t mar or scratch the airtag. But the material is a little to soft, flexible and stretchy that makes it easy for the airtag to fall out with a little help. Example keys with airtag were put in a baby backpack filled with diapers and a change of clothes which made their way to the bottom. I really like the clasp. It’s secure and the spring is solid. Where I’m concerned is I’ve had my AirTag fall out of the holder that’s clasped to a loop at the top of my bag and my air tag was buried in the bottom of my bag.
