  • Spiral is a must!

I got this one over other workout log books because it features a spiral binding. My workout buddy was a bit jealous of that feature, because his was bound like a composition notebook. Mine i could fold completely over and set down, where he had to bend his backwards and hope that it stayed open. Only downside with this book is that a pencil barely fits within the spiraling, anything thicker won't fit. Also the spacing for the weight and reps is big enough for 3 digits, but only barely. Seems all the log books are that way though. A well sharpened pencil or thin pen will help write better. ... show more

I just received this training diary/ log book. It arrived in good condition. However, the log book pictures are not what is pictured on Amazon. If you purchase the black log book, there is a small space (if you want to call it that) for your cardio workout. The rest are for lifting exercises. That was disappointing as I expected the book to match what was pictured online. With that being said, if that difference does not bother you, the book can be useful in tracking your workouts. Just be warned that what is being pictured on Amazon and what is being sold to you are two different things. ... show more
