The high arch support is perfect—not too firm but structured enough to relieve my heel and arch pain. I no longer feel that burning ache I used to get in the balls of my feet after a few hours. Been using these for a couple weeks now and I honestly beleive they’re helping my feet feel less sore after long days. I’ve tried a few different insoles before, but these ones seem to hold their shape better and give more support, especially in the arch area. Just need afew days to break them in. They’re a bit thick, so make sure your shoes have enough room. That said, the comfrt is solid and the quality feels better than some of the stuff I’ve picked up from stores in the past. For the price and support, it’s worth giving a shot if you’re on your feet a lot. Value is there and they fit my sz 11 shoe.

I've been using these insoles for weeks, and the difference is incredible. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and spend long hours on my feet at work, so finding proper support was essential. These insoles provide great arch support and significantly reduce heel pressure. The memory foam makes every step more comfortable, and they fit perfectly in my work boots. Not the best for flat feet with heel spurs. Comfortable for about a week,but then the pain is back stronger than ever. Seller and Amazon were great. I already have heel spurs and it just didn’t work for me.

I have Plantar fasciitis and always feel inner feet pain after walking after 50 steps on any given day, in particular when I go to shop for groceries or any store where I have to walk around my inner feet pain starts, and I can stretch a little, but the discomfort keeps increasing. The next day morning my feet are stiff (even when stretched out) and the first few steps are painful. I have been a regular purchaser of similar supports on AMZ, I purchased these supports to try out for three reasons. One there was cushioning support below the toes, two for the integrated heal cup with the front, third support for heel cushion support. Though the heel support might not as good as gel support like on some, I had purchased on AMZ in the past, but it was still better. I'm not a fan of top fabric as over period of time they wear out on few days of use due to rubbing of feet, but my experience is also based on 3/4 length insoles compared to this. I purchased the smaller version for my feet size which is between 73/4 and 8.0 but the item I got seemed to be bigger so had to trim it to put into my shoes. The trimming was considerable. Overall, I'm happy after multiple 3-mile walk, I did not experience any feet pain or fatigue and works as expected.

My feet feel so comfortable now with these inserts in my shoes. I have nearly flat feet, which makes standing on my feet during my shifts hard. These inserts are sturdy, thick, and fit in my shoe very well. I can walk in my shoes for eight plus hours, and my feet don't hurt. My back feels much better now because of these insoles. The only thing is I had to cut them down further than the lines on the bottom to make them fit my shoes, but this wasn't a problem. This is the best pair of plantar fascitis inserts I have ever used. Please do yourself a favor if you are a retail or fast food worker; get these inserts! You won't be disappointed.
