What a great Buy! When my back was hurting and it does quite often hurt. I just set it up on my couch behind me. Turn it on and my pain is gone within seconds. It's small enough that I can slip it next to the couch and pull it out when I need it. If I put the cover on it. I can use it as a foot massager. If I put it on the pillow and lean my head back oh man it's great for a neck massage. And it's lower cost than the rest of the ones that I was looking to buy. This is exceptional. Very well made. Right after I got it, it started moving very very fast, to the point you could not reasonably use it. Every once in a while, if you unplugged and plugged back in it would go back to normal. Unfortunately that didn't last. Now it won't even turn on. Worked okay-ish when it was functioning as intended, but not worth the hassle. Pretty sure the adapter was used or refurbished when I got it. I personally would urge folks to check out similar products, this seller gives you 30 days in comparison to the average 6 months other sellers give to return. This was also my second time getting this thing. The first time I asked for a replacement. Wish I would have chosen a refund. *EDIT* customer service reached out and was extremely kind helpful. They quickly processed a refund and apologized. It's definitely not the seller's fault, sometimes the tech just doesn't work. The first one of these that I bought did not heat up. I returned it and the company sent a new one to me. I do like it but there are a couple things that would make it much better. First of all, the 4" power cord detaches VERY easily and then you have to take it off your back and try again to get it to hold. Finally, I wrapped some packaging tape around the connections, which is working pretty well. You have to do something like this in order for the 2 connections to stay together, as they are very loose. Secondly, the power buttons are in an awkward place. It is hard, when using it to reach the buttons. However, the massage is nice and the heat is great. ... show more

The rotating heads are powerful, the construction is sturdy, the two buttons are easy to press while in use, the heat is great, and I love that it changes rotation direction. I had wanted to go to a uncorded model, but they tend to not work while charging -- I need my massager to be on call at all times!
