Bought this and been using it since December 2021 and it has helped tremendously with my neck, shoulders and back. It is normally not super loud but in recent weeks started to sound louder. Today it died out completely. Got a good 2.5 years out of it, and would use it once every 3-4 weeks. Stinks that there is no way to replace any part of it to get it working again. It made a loud noise and just stopped. I did gift one to my mom, she’s enjoyed it. Just know that it’s not meant for long term use since it will give out eventually. I’m going to shop around a bit and see if there’s anything new on the market that does a better job, otherwise will come back and get another.

When I bought this for my sister, I had no idea it came with two plugs! And at this price!!! I was floored. My sis has severe back problems and immediately started using it both in car and at home. It has vastly improved her mobility! I have a full sized chair version at my house and was really worried about a smaller size not quite being as good... But it's perfect for her. I kinda want to buy one for me for in the car and for staying over at friend's houses ... Absolutely a 5 star, but this!!!

It worked great for a while, but now it turns off randomly and I need to mess with the power cable just to get it to work for another few minutes before it sudden stops working again.

Got this for my boyfriend who has back issues and he loves it and uses it daily it’s very easy to use and has worked great for him it looks just like the pictures it is deep massage and has rollers in it his had it few months now and hasn’t had any problems with it it’s been the best gift for the price and I highly recommend it especially if someone who is having back issues it’s a great gift
