I absolutely love this! This has definitely been super useful to use especially when I don't feel like using the smith machine to do hip thrusts! I was actually scared about the Velcro straps not being able to hold the weight, but wow it holds very well!! Highly recommend

I got this to use with my bow flex adjustable dumbbells. When the dumbbells are secured in and you hip thrust, they come underneath you squeezing your thighs and hips which is painful and caused bruising. I ended up using pillows on the side parts of my hips to make it bearable.
