The heating pad I purchased from Woomer/Amazon has been perfect to keep my achy joints toasty and comfortable. It’s large, 17x33, soft, and I loved the many heat settings. Unfortunately, it stopped working before the warranty ran out. I contacted the manufacturer, Woomer, directly, and they responded later that same day. I sent them the invoice and a short video and they totally honored the warranty. I received a heating blanket by mistake (chalking this up to a warehouse glitch), they told me to keep it as a gift and sent the correct heating pad. All of this happened in only a little over a week! The emails I got were beyond prompt, very apologetic and helpful, and very personable. I am impressed with their attention to their customers needs. Unforeseen things do happen , but how it’s handled says a lot. Thanks Woomer!

I love that it's weighted because it stays in place. The placement of the vibrating mechanism is a little odd. The amount of heat is comfortable.

When I got this, I was thrilled at the softness and controls to replace uncomfortable plastic one I got from Rite-Aid. The material is so soft and there is no bulk when laying on it. It always lays flat (unlike the plastic one). However, the power button broke within a couple weeks of daily use. From the moment we opened it, the L setting heated up to uncomfortably hot before it cycled back down to low. One day, the power button stuck and later it stopped working altogether. I'm incredibly disappointed as I had such high hopes for it.

Had a Sharper Image massage/heating pad that worked great for about a year . . . and just like all the other heating pads we've purchased over the years and died before their time, you'd think that I would learn. This heating pad COMES with a 5 year warranty. I tried it out today for about 10 minutes in our recliner and did not want to give back up to my wife . . . I am thinking now . . . I should have got a "HIS" and "HER" heating pad, as they do come in different colors. I am hoping this one is a keeper! Just remember this is 33 X17!
