Best heated blanket I have owned. I have purchased 3 of these in my life time... And 2 times I had issues. they used to have a 5 year warranty, and replaced it for meat year 2. The last one I bought lasted almost a year... They are honoring that warranty. Don't let the time frame they last deter you. I wash mine regularly... We use them year round. This is our only blanket we use on our bed. I have the king size with 2 controllers. I will always purchase woomer blankets... I prefer the faux fur because of how soft. the light grey is nice but I think the darker grey looks nicer longer after washing. THEY WASH UP NICE AS WELL. ... show more

Very very warm. I have horrible circulation and am extremely cold especially at night. This ensures I can stay warm. After level 4 it starts to get pretty hot. So definitely does what it needs to. It's machine washable! And I can dry it in the dryer! Wash it with cold water and on low dry. It's supper soft and fuzzy. Looks exactly like the one int the picture, not too thing but not thick either. Beware the fuzz does fall off and get on clothing and on the sheets. ... show more

So this is a blanket that was replaced by woomer, my first nice fleece blanket took a Crap, So they replaced it with this piece of junk. This blanket moves all over the place, because it is too thin and not heavy enough, And not wide enough to tuck in.. I am constantly having to pull it down on the left side of bed. Measurements of the blanket should have been wider so you could at least tuck it in on each side. It barely even covers the mattress.. I had a woomer fleece blanket before and it was wide enough to tuck in fully on each side. This one does not tuck in only goes as far as the mattress goes down. Very disappointed. As for customer service they were contacted three times after they sent me this piece of crap replacement blanket with absolutely no response whatsoever from them. Half of the blanket does not even work. PS the only way this blanket is going to get warm is with you in it generating the heat, Or if you put a huge thick blanket on top of the electric blanket.. Even at the # seven setting it still does not get hot. You have to put it on eight or nine to preheat bed for 3 hours to feel the heat When you get into bed. Does what it's supposed to and warms up the bed as advertised. Controls are easy to use. However for a queen size bed it's too small to tuck in. I got this as a gift for my gf and she absolutely loves it, it's the softest blanket she's had. She sleeps with a heated blanket every single night so this got a lot of use. One day it stopped working so I hit up the manufacturer and got a response same day and within a couple days they sent a replacement out to us.
