Purchased in June 2023. This has been a wonderful blanket. It's sooo soft and gives just the perfect amount of heat. It has helped me through my cancer journey and now my knee replacement journey by really relieving the pain and just making me so comfortable and comforted. Unfortunately, it has stopped working August 27th 2024. The power light just blinks red now. I have tried all of the trouble shooting and nothing works. Absolutely love this blanket. So soft and warm has 2 sides with 2 separate controllers and it's so big, got the blue queen size. I fold it in half like a sleeping bag and get in the middle and I stay warm all night. Love it. Would definitely buy again and tell friends to buy it too. Definitely worth the price. ... show more

    • Not staying hot for more then an hour
Update: seller reached out and we came to an agreement that we were both happy with. Good customer service Update: Initially wrote a good review, however it's been a week since I've had it and it's started to stop getting warm half of the time. It feels like it has turned off, but still says it's in. Then I have to turn it off and on again and it will warm up but usually stops heating about an hour after starting up. And no I don't have the timer on to cause it, it just stops getting hot but still says it is on and heating. I'm hoping they will reach out to help me with the issue. ... show more

Very disappointed in this blanket and WOOMER's customer service. First blanket we purchased arrived with one of two broken control units. Reached out to WOOMER's customer service and to get a replacement and got zero response. Blanket itself was very warm and worked great for a couple days then the amount of heat it was putting out was very minimal, even on the high setting. Returned it thinking we got a faulty unit and got a replacement. Exact same thing happened with the second blanket. Was very warm and worked great at first then slowly the amount of heat that it put out diminished greatly to almost non existent. Returning our second blanket and going with a different brand. Would recommend you do the same. ... show more

    • Evenly heating, timed for safety, soft, and so awesomely warm!
After receiving our first, we excitedly ordered another. I got my wife this blanket for Christmas since she has a hard time staying warm. She absolutely loves it. The four-hour timer allows her to lay down with it warming her without having to worry about getting up to turn it off later. The four heating levels and evenly spaced heating coils ensure she is covered in heat to the right level for her needs. The blanket is long enough to fully cover her, super soft, and it is so nice that it is machine washable. We will buy more when they are back in stock, but absolutely love this product!
