Best heated blanket I have owned. I have purchased 3 of these in my life time... And 2 times I had issues. they used to have a 5 year warranty, and replaced it for meat year 2. The last one I bought lasted almost a year... They are honoring that warranty. Don't let the time frame they last deter you. I wash mine regularly... We use them year round. This is our only blanket we use on our bed. I have the king size with 2 controllers. I will always purchase woomer blankets... I prefer the faux fur because of how soft. the light grey is nice but I think the darker grey looks nicer longer after washing. THEY WASH UP NICE AS WELL. ... show more

    • Warranty Sucks
My son in law purchased one of these about two years before I bought mine. He said they were great have a 5 year warranty. So I bought one. About a year later it quit working. The main console just quit working. I contacted Woomer who replaced the blanket. I’m thinking wow this is a great company 5 year warranty they actually honored it. New one came lasted about 5 months same problem console just quit working. Contacted woomer again. Now they want to either sell me another one at half price or credit my credit card half the cost of a new one. 2 blankets lasted less than 2 years of a 5 year warranty. What good is a 5 year warranty if they don’t honor it for the full 5 years. I don’t think I will buy another one. ... show more

My husband is always cold and uses this blanket so much that he wears it out (don't think it wears out quickly, he literally keeps it turned on 24 hours a day so it's warm when he uses it!) I have an extra on hand too. It's so very soft and comfy!

UPDATE 3/3/2026: THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY DOES NOT EXIST. Because this throw blanket was originally purchased 12/21/2023, the warranty does not apply. The best they will do is offer 50% off the replacement of the blanket. Under these circumstances, where Woomer advertises the 5 year warranty literally in the title of the product, this solution is unacceptable. I’m not looking for money, I’d be happy if they replaced it with the exact same item. Given the invalidity of the warranty, and the fact that the second blanket I ordered in 2023, that was supposedly refunded in 2024 because it was never actually sent, and Woomer lost my refund, I’d say I’m completely done with this company and product. I think I’ve been fair in giving it a chance, and understanding errors happen. This is just too much to ignore at this point. My 2925 review of the replacement blanket lasted maybe 6 months. Now the heat controller just blinks like it’s not connected properly. Updated Review 2025: So I had trouble with my throw blanket after a few months. Reading the reviews from others, mine seemed to be the exception. Woomer reached out to me about my defective blanket and immediately replaced it with the same one. My new throw blanket is perfect. It’s so incredibly soft and gets nice and toasty warm evenly throughout the blanket. I love a company that stands by their product. Now, I don’t know how the second blanket got lost either in packing or in the delivery process, but I ordered it here and had other delivery issues at the holidays so I’m thinking the error on the missing second blanket was not Woomer’s error. I think it was in this site. Woomer issued a refund for the missing blanket but because there was some credit card fraud in my area at the gas pumps, I used a prepaid debit card to order my Christmas gifts last December. Unfortunately, I have absolutely no idea where my refund went. I was going to put the refund towards a full sized Woomer blanket for my bed. If I’m ever able to track down where the refund went that will be my plan. For now, I am enjoying my new electric throw blanket. Even the colors are beautiful. Original review 2024: Didn’t last. Coming undone. I accidentally put the review in the wrong place. This blanket is the one I received. I had orders 2 and only received one. And then purchased a replacement for the missing one from another brand as it was a Christmas gift, so I mixed them up. This is the one I received that I guess is defective maybe? ... show more

EDIT: After using it for a while now, I'm updating my review. I was originally disappointed with the level of warmth. Adding a flannel sheet on top has solved that, and it gets plenty warm now that the heat is trapped a bit. I hadn't wanted to to that, because the plaid is so darn cute. I wanted to use this blanket either alone, or on top of a flannel sheet. I have a heated throw from Costco on the couch, and had been moving it to the bed on top of my other bedding for the night, but that was getting old, and its only a small throw, so I got this full size, thinking it would work the same. It does not (for me) warm enough to use alone or on top of bedding. BUT, in the end, it does warm sufficiently with an added layer on top, the timer feature is great, and the plaid is super cute. It is thin, but soft, and the heating wires are not noticable. Would I buy again? Maybe. If I hadn't wanted it to be the top layer, to see that cute plaid, probably yes. Esp considering other brands can be much more expensive. ORIGINAL REVIEW: With heating oil prices through the roof, I wanted to turn down the thermostat. I turn it on about an hour before going to bed, and its at least not freezing when I get in. Cranked up to high, its warmish. I do like being able to choose the length of time its on, but I wish it were warmer. Also it seems only the middle wires get warm. I almost sent it back but going to give it a few more nights first. ... show more
