The media could not be loaded. Maybe we got a lemon, but this never really worked. No way it can do six papers at once. It is a major chore for it just to do one sheet. It's stuck right now and there's no getting it unstuck I have to completely break the top to clean the thing out and I'm not sure I'm willing to do that not for $32.

It looks that it is well built and made with a lot of metal in the cutting unit. So far worked out of the box, and cuts stapled sheets and credit cards with ease. Noise is as usual with office shredders. Few notes: the "head" of this shredder is heavy, and you have to be prepared to lift it to empty the bucket. The bucket is reasonably large to shred ~100 sheets, bit it is not transparent and the window is too small to observe the contents. There is no compaction, so 100 sheets nearly fill the bin, so be prepared to empty it frequently. Since some of paper confetti still remain in the head, they will be on the floor when the shredder head is removed.

Very noisy and easy to clog. For the price, it's ok and I decided to keep it. Large bin (I wish it was larger), the14 pages capacity is real but one or two more and it stops.
