    • defective steam unit and remote not included poor customer service
I received the product with no remote control. I set up following directions and filling water as directed. I plugged the steam unit in and it had power as noted in the directions. When I pressed the on button there was a bright flash of light and a loud bang and unit went dead as well as blew a house circuit breaker. I was excited to use the product even without the remote control that was not included despite the advertisement stating it WAS included. I cannot comment on its sauna benefits because it did not work. The Sellers would not respond after 4 days and only responded after I reported my complaint. Amazon was prompt and respectful. The seller then asked that I replay the event and take a video. Then the seller refused to provide return label and requested direct email to communicate outside Amazon. They most recently requested I remove my truthful evaluation of their product that did not arrive as advertised, blew out, and failure to respond until Amazon intervention--perhaps to mislead future purchasers. I wish them no harm. Perhaps the best way for seller to repair bad reviews is to conduct business as a seller who wishes good reviews. ... show more

I absolutely love this sauna . The steam heats fast and stays hot. I use mine with essential oils placed over the steam diffuser. The only negative is the chair . I would not recommend using it since you are only inches from the heat diffuser and it was stable enough instead I purchased an $8.00 foldable camp chair which fits perfectly adds arm support and extra stability . The unit itself is very sturdy . There is enough room to keep your head inside without being cramped if you want to be able to inhale the steam . Get one you won't be disappointing !!!! ... show more

Works once then broke. Seller won’t provides shipping fee. It is out of country. Shipping fee costs more than items. Don’t buy.

I love this sauna it’s my time using one, it takes 15 mins for water to heat up but once it does your sweating off a lot of water weight. Only thing chair is low for me only because of my arthritis. Drink plenty of water/beverage through the day to stay hydrated before you go in.

All you need to know is that this product works beyond expectation. Do not spend an extra 100 dollars thinking that portable sauna is better. They all come from the same country. <3

Item show up defective, I asked for a refund. It cost more to send it back ($130) overseas than the product itself. So be warn.
