Second to none customer service
Color: Tan
Set name: Playground
A few items arrived slightly damaged. I contacted the seller and they swiftly responded and replaced the items. Additionally, they maintained contact to ensure everything was good. Top notch service. The swing set came with plenty of hardware and was easy to assemble. Great product and even greater customer service.

Perfect toddler-sized playground for ages 2–4
Color: Amber Yellow
Set name: Playground
We bought this playground set for our daycare, and it has been a big hit with the children. I think the size is especially appropriate for ages 1–4 because everything is designed on a smaller scale and the play structure is relatively low to the ground. In our experience, children closer to 2 years old and up are more capable of climbing the rock wall independently, while our younger toddlers especially enjoy using the swing. It gives children at different developmental stages something they can enjoy. I also appreciate that the climbing and slide areas aren't very high off the ground. For a toddler play area, I feel much more comfortable with this height than I would with a larger playground designed for older children. Overall, it has been a great addition to our daycare. The children get opportunities to climb, slide, swing, and practice their gross motor skills, and the scale of the set works really well for toddlers.

Great little playground
Color: Amber Yellow
Set name: Playground
Wood material is great, hardware was complete. The manual is easy to follow ,2 slats were a little cracked and one slat came too big. Overall great product but it does take time to put together. Happy with the results.

Great Swing Set & AMAZING Customer Service!
Color: Blue
Set name: Playground
We absolutely love this swing set! It’s been such a fun addition to our backyard and our kids have really enjoyed it. It’s sturdy, has plenty of different activities to keep them entertained, and gives them a great place to play outside. We live in Florida, and unfortunately, a recent storm came through with very heavy winds and knocked the entire swing set over, causing some of the pieces to break. I reached out to the company, and I honestly couldn’t be more appreciative of how amazing they were. They sent us replacement parts without any hassle and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. I haven’t had the time to completely put everything back together yet, but knowing that this company stood behind their product and was so willing to help means a lot. Things happen, especially with Florida weather, and having a company that actually cares about its customers makes such a difference. Fantastic product, but even better customer service! I would absolutely recommend this swing set and this company to anyone looking for a backyard playset. ❤️🌴🛝

Customer service 100000/10
Color: Blue
Set name: Playground
We got this for our son and niece and nephews! My son hasn't gotten to really play on it much due to him still being 15 months! With that being sad though, he loves the swing and the slide! We actually put a swing that fits him on the play set! Honestly if I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would! The customer service has been AMAZING from day one! Our 1st part of the swing set ended up getting lost and only received the 2nd part. After the day had came that said it was supposed to be here and wasn't I immediately contacted the sellers and they were on it! They were quick to get back to me and let me know that it got lost and sent me a replacement with no issues! We got the replacement pretty quickly and they still have contacted to make sure everything was going smoothly and we weren't missing anything! They have been so helpful and so kind!

Many frustration & concerns. Wood quality is poor: Bows/Buckles/cracks/peels after one evening of light rain. Knots and cracks in wood pieces. Structure concerns: Rope Ladder area cannot support a 60lbs child without wood bowing & wood was poor quality. It arrived with a wood knot & w/ a cut located at an important weight bearing stress point. Swing beam bowing when used with 2 children on swings. Observed with one 24lbs toddler & one 60 lbs kid. I don’t think this was made for kids weighing more than 40lbs. Other things to note: Slide is narrow, monkey bar entry to playhouse not well thought out. Installation instructions: Needs significant improvement. No clarity on multiple board orientations, location for mounting of several wood pieces. Missing 1 piece of hardware & requested from seller but, response to send missing piece was delayed because they wanted to ask me again if I was sure it was missing. Finally received the one washer for the swing beam almost 1 week after I finished setting up the entire playground.

Inconsistent Quality
Color: Tan
Set name: Playground
We set this playset up about 8 months ago. Overall, it was reasonable to set up, even though a few pieces were wonky. Most of the set has held up fairly well except for the ties on the swing seat. They started disintegrating about 6 months after we put up the playset.

I must say impressed. My problem was not a normal one, my delivery arrived 4 days earlier than scheduled. No one was home to receive it until the 5th day. These folks took care of my dilemma with great care and professionalism. The agent Luvlee was wonderful. They even offered a 50 dollar inconvenience refund I couldn’t accept, they sent it anyway. The swing set was up in a day 3 workers worked til dusk every part was there and the wood is very nice. 👍🏼 my Grandaughter’s bday gift will be played with for a long time.
