I love it! The seat is comfortable, love the heater!!! It's a great height and gets the cleaning job done! The only reason for 4 stars is the lid & sensor. Lid is a little flimsy.... not made to sit upon. The only other minor issue i have is that I have a very small bathroom. Tiny. 😮💨 The sensor for the lid lift is very often triggered when I'm simply standing at my sink. (Btw, the toilet is to the side of the sink, not facing it) but because I'm standing in front of the sink and opening drawers, the lid is triggered to open. And because of my teeny, tiny bathroom, I have shelves over the toilet, so I'm always afraid something will fall in. So I'm constantly unplugging the toilet when I'm getting ready. But as for the using of it, I'm very pleased. I would definitely reccomend getting one. I just wish the remote had a button to turn off the lifting part and that the lid would allow me to sit down without fear of damaging it.... and when I carefully sit, the sensor is repeatedly trying to open it, so that's another reason why I unplug it. (Also, I'm average height/weight....5'4", 135 lbs..... well, mostly average? 🥴)

I now have 4 of these in my new home. We had one previously in my other house along with a different brand that cost almost double the price. This one is hands down the best. The spray is PERFECT and totally adjustable in every way, My sister came to visit and is now changing her house from regular toilets to this bidet too. A game changer.

Size is a bit larger than a regular toilet with tank. 110lbs a bit heavier than I'd expect but I was able to manage it. The supplied hoses and angle valve isn't great, it tends to leak unless cranked super tight from behind the pipe nut connection (not the pipe threads which I layered with a single layer of teflon tape). The water pressure is a bit low, but the install was very easy and forgiving, other than the size being large and forced me to move my water supply connection. The bidet control has only 5 forward/backward control which makes for not very fine grain control and water temperature heats up slowly which makes for a moment of cold wash before the water heats up. the fan was weak and was unable to dry properly unless you have a 300 page novel around or a few hours of youtube clips lined up. Overall I'm pretty happy with the price vs performance, but I've had much better bidet experience. I did the electrical and plumbing myself which saved a lot of money. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. If it were a much more expensive system like some of the multi thousand dollar systems, i'd return it. As it were just 600 dollars on prime day, this is a good deal.
