This toilet has been perfect for nearly 2 years. The valve has broken and there is no documentation anywhere on this listing or website on where to get replacement parts.

This is my second purchase of this model toilet. Satisfied overall and definitely good value for money. Appreciate modern look and ease with which seat can be removed for complete cleaning. One minor complaint is that the front edge of the tank lid doesn’t align perfectly with the tank along whole front edge; it’s a little inconsistent with a bit of a ‘bulge’ in the middle. Doubt anyone will ever notice and can’t really complain for the price.
