These are particularly good for elbows and knees however the Velcro fasteners are deigned for bigger people and only contact about 20% - also the spandex material through which your legs and arms pass quickly wears. You will see visual wear (not from falling) within three uses :( bottom line they do the job protecting well enough but could use a rethink of fastening design ... show more

Seemingly well-made, I bought the adult size as my legs meet the measurement requirements. While the straps were of adequate length, they could be longer, but the sleeve was uncomfortably tight on my knees. The instructions say not to remove the sleeve as that will lead to slippage.
