I really like it! It works so well and looks beautiful at night! Assembling is simple and easy. It looks nice and modern. The price is affordable! and the most important part to me is, the size and space needed is small! 1. Pellets: Instead of the need for special "heating pellets" I just use Costco BBQ wood pallets that are also used for food. Put only the amount you want to burn - add more if needed - because i realize it'll not be able to (or hard to stop) before all the pellets are completely burned into ash. 2. Lighter: Use the regular BBQ lighter fluid, just a squeeze on the top before putting on the glass tub 3. Air: Important! - make sure only pellets are used - other material may block the air tunnel and cause smoke. The third picture showed the air holes under the fire.

Very hard to clean. Cool once you get it going but can be finike and like all rocket stoves if you loose the flame it smokes mercilessly.

Very happy with this pellet stove. It warms up quickly and provides a surprising amount of heat. The base is very sturdy and stable—even during a few windy days, it stayed solid and didn’t wobble at all. The design is modern, stylish, and looks very fancy on the patio. The glass tube has remained crystal clear after many uses and hasn’t turned black or cloudy, which I really appreciate. On chilly days, it makes sitting out on the balcony feel cozy and comfortable. Great combination of warmth, durability, and appearance.

I have tried this - and things were slipping all over the place. I cannot attest to the Fireproof or the Heat Resistant as i was looking for something that was about 24-30" NON SLIP - and this was stated to fit the bill. For me it did not - I tried it on both sides... with the same result.... slipping. So, I may have gotten a fluke one.

Really enjoy using this pellet patio heater. I firstly opened it for a family party that was fantastic. The spiral flame looks beautiful at night and creates a cozy atmosphere for my patio. I used to have a fire pit in the backgard but it had more work to do. This heater makes this more simply and straigtforward. It was easy to assemble and simple to light with wood pellets. I also like the removable ash tray, which makes cleanup much easier. It doesn’t produce much smoke once fully burning, and the glass tube gives a great view of the flame. This is what I want.

Really hard to light and smokes for up to 24 hours if flame goes out! Beautiful if you get going but very finicky. There are probably better options for ambiance as these are very difficult to get lite and spiraling!
