Because they are made of a plastic/leather material, the texture causes the knot to loosen up. I make sure to double knot them. I read reviews and decide to buy. I got these and just ordered another pair. I live on Aldo shoes, love their wedges and they have stopped making as many. These shoes are better then Aldo and are AMAZING, if you are thinking of ordering, just order, I love them and they are possibly the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Width is good for wider foot. Size is true to size except that the back is loose and May slip off. The smell is strong cheap plastic. They don’t seems very sturdy. But they look nice. Color is ivory not white.

Really cute, but I normally wear a 7 1/2 in pretty much any shoe I order and in this shoe my toes hung over the end a tiny bit, so I sent them back and I am going to order a size 8. I will update my post when I get them.
