I love this very warm heavy winter jacket. It has everything I was looking for. It is heavy and water resistant. (It is bulky but I need the warmth). Good for freezing Chicago weather. Looks great with a nice feminine shape. Beautiful color. Warm. Love the lining. Zipper pockets. Long enough to cover bottom. A bit stretchy for comfort. I only wish 2 things- the hood is way too large and falls in my eyes, to my nose actually, so I can’t see to walk when it’s freezing- unless I close the snaps but there’s not always time or free hands for that. Hood falls back too, It Does not stay on without the snaps when it’s windy. I wish it had snaps by the zipper to quickly close the jacket when there’s no time for the zipper. I highly recommend it. Only other downside may be the heaviness.

I am 5'6 1/2" 130 pounds and a 36DD Bra size. I am 36-29-36. This coat is one of the best buys I have ever made. Not only can you take the faux fur off ( I don't like fur on any jacket), you can take the hood off as well. If you leave the hood on it presents a pretty snazy regal look as it leaves a beautuful detail on the shoulders with two epaulettes on each side. I like simple, so I took the hood off. The quality of the coat is so well constructed. The sewing on all seams and the entire coat is very, very professional. I would have expected it to be 169.00 to 189.00 dollars. The inside of the coat is lined with a soft velour fabric and the lining of the coat inside the sleeves is a polyester blend with black knit cuffs that match the zippers on the pockets and the main zipper. The sewers on this product are superior. I bought my coat in a medium and it fits perfectly. It comes about 5 inches above the top of my knee cap. There are pockets on the side with a vertical zipper and one upper zipper on left side of coat that is also vertical with a black zipper and a very wide inside pocket that is wonderful for whatever you need close by. The coat will defininetly keep you warm in very cold temperatures. I hope this helps some buyers because some of the reviews never state the weight and height of the person and their measurments. This makes it tough for women with larger chests and maybe some with larger hips. This coat zips comfortably and perfectly on me. I love it! It is worth the money. The price is unbelievable!

I’ve been needing a jacket that’s a bit warmer than what I’ve been wearing the past few winters, and this one seems like it’ll do the trick. As others have mentioned, it is VERY puffy and heavily insulated. The wrist cuffs fit comfortably snug so no cold air gets in. The body and hood are fleece-lined for added coziness. It seems like a well made coat. And the fit is true to size (I’m 4’11” with a slim build and the X-Small fits perfectly. Had I sized up, it would’ve been too large) What I really love is the color! Bright turquoise blue. This will be super cheerful on those dreary winter days when everyone else is wearing black or navy. I would recommend this coat.

Beautifully made, very warm, soft and excellent pocket space. Slightly smaller and a little snug but it fits so using it until Spring! Zipper is a little stiff at first but works good, heavy duty. Love the cuffs! They hug the wrist perfectly. Adore the color and have had a few compliments! Definitely a keeper.

This coat is very well made and warm. The color is violet, just like the picture. The size is perfect for me. I am 5 "1.5" and currently i weigh 240 lbs. I have wide hips and a prominent behind. I ordered the 3xlg. I can bend over and turn with ease. The lining is warm a short fur. It long enough to covers my bottom when I sit down which is great.

Substantial thickness and accurate length. I'm 5'2" and135#, normally wear size med. This was perfect sleeve length with warm storm cuffs that I liked. However the sleeves were snug as was the body of the coat when zipped. If I was a bit curvier I wouldn't be able to comfortably zip it up much less wear a sweater underneath. The lining is plush, a nice cozy touch. And I agree with others that the "fur" on hood is kinda ratty looking, maybe it would shake out after wearing and look better. Both hand pockets and deep chest pocket on outside zip up, it also has a nice deep inner chest pocket. I wanted to like this coat and would give it 4.5 star if it wasn't as snug fitting. Wow, this puppy is warm; if it ever snows in San Francisco, I'm good. Very well made, nice deep pockets, plus the inside pocket is a bonus. The zippers are nice sized and sturdy. Not into the fake fur on the hood, or the hood for that matter, but they both just zip off (separately). I like the longer length as we get lots of cold windy fog here and this will more than help, if we ever get past our on-going Indian Summer. It would be perfect if I go to visit my niece and her family up in Boise. Hopefully it is somewhat waterproof, don't remember in the description, but I think so It's a little bit heavier in weight than I'd like, it's but not as heavy as my wool coats (I gave them away) a good thing.

Let's discuss quality, warmth and price. If this coat is available for purchase..buy it. Its an Amazon find with details that can only be matched, but, not easily surpassed by the recognized brand/ celebrity endorsed jackets. The front zipper is double stitched with metal pulls ...no snagging and catching on to the zipper as you try to zip yourself in. The sleeves have an interior cuff to help block snow from falling into your sleeve as you clean your car. The exterior pockets zip up..things won't just fall out of them when you bend over or stretch to get things. There is an interior pocket for your credit card/small wallet. But, the best part is it's warm. Your hood fur is easily folded in (to block the wind from gathering around your face) and the hood has the extra ability to be be pulled tighter around your head. This jacket has a soft flannel lining in the interior and the hood. The pockets even have a soft cotton linining. If you can by it .I highly recommend it for any age...enjoy!
