Had to return the 2xl for a 3x. 5"6' and around 260lbs, with a bit of a belly. For winter, I really needed more room in the bust and to account for bulkier clothes underneath. The 3x was way more comfortable. Hood is really cute and big, I can wear a ponytail and it still covers my whole head. A top corner of the pocket ripped, but I did force a bulky-gloved hand into it. As far as warmth, I wore it to Packer games at Lambeau in classic Wisconsin winter- snow, wind, and bitter cold- and was very comfy with my adult snow bibs!

My biggest issue with this coat is that it is too short! This will not work for tall ppl or those with a long torso. I am 5'5" with a very long torso and short legs - this barely skims my butt. The waist cinch feature is also VERY high, right under my breast bone. For reference I ordered an XL - which is typically what I wear in jackets (need room for sweaters under). This fit a little too large everywhere (aside from length). I would not recommend sizing up. It's also a bit bulky for my taste but it is VERY warm and comfy. Quality seems nice enough for the price. The fur hood is a sensory nightmare - but thats my fault not the hoods fault.

Pros: color is beautiful, seems warm, fits ok, length is good but im only 5 ft. Packaged well. cons: the arms are a bit short and I have very short arms so if you have long arms it might be an issue. The hood is not as shown in the picture, the picture shows the hood having the ability to snap close around the bottom as you can see in the picture this is not the case. It kind of just hangs there. Which leaves it subject to being blown in the wind. Not sure if im going to keep it , I really want to like it but the hood is a big deal ,the winter here gets pretty rough

This coat is very warm and comfortable. Some of the reviews stated that the arms are kind of short, and they are. This works great for me because I have short arms but I could see how that is a problem for others. I'm between a medium and a large and ordered a medium. In retrospect, I wish I had ordered a large so I could wear a sweater under it.
