This is an oversized fitting vest. Normally, I would have gone w/ an XL but after reading comments and also looking at the size chart, I decided to go down a size and get a L. I did order the black. Upon receiving this, the vest was vacuum packed, so after opening it was quite wrinkly. I let it hang for a while to puff up and then gave it a quick steam w/ my iron and the wrinkles came right out. At the time I tried it on, I had an oversized hoodie on and I was still able to zip the vest up comfortably w/o looking like a stuffed sausage. It is slightly shorter than I had originally anticipated but I think if I had gone w/ an XL maybe that would have helped w/ the length? Either way, it’s not a deal breaker and it’s not cropped or anything like that so it’s fine. The quality is there and this vest has some weight to it. I really like the style of the collar as well. If you’re in between sizes, size down. I ordered a Medium and swapped it out for a Small. I was drowning in the Medium. Super comfortable and very stylish. No regrets on this purchase!
