Excellent quality material...very impressed! I read the reviews and it runs a little large. I normally get XL but ordered the Large. It fit perfectly and comfortably. I would give this 5 stars except the product description is false - it is not a down jacket, but synthetic fill. I was aware of that issue from the reviews I read so I was expecting it - still, false description is worth downgrading a star. For what it is, it's a nice jacket. I just wore it out on a 30 something degree day in Denver and was comfortable in it. Nice warmth. The elastic sleeve lining is good for keeping out the chill and I like the detachable hood. Some reviews mentioned that the hood buttons were cold on the neck because the metal fasteners come through the fabric to the skin. I found that if I zipped it up all the way at the neck I could get the metal button holders on the insulated neck of the jacket and didn't have a problem. The zippered packets are good hand warmers and I like the interior pockets. The sizing seemed a little small to me. I normally wear a size 12 and ordered the Large jacket - it is barely large enough - no real extra room for layering although it worked fine today over a heavy sweatshirt. I don't know how long the zipper will last, but it seems sturdy on first impression. ... show more
