The phone was in excellent condition as described. The camera was wonderful. The pen and charger was included, very awesome upgrades. Though no original box it was still worth every buck. Though my only complain was their shipping method and style. Could totally use a bit more foam or layers to prevent the thing from bouncing inside the box. Also UPS was quite bad as a the shipping method for their choices of delivery causing me to waste time and days waiting for it to arrive. Overall, I highly recommend this product and the seller for their top quality of service. I sincerely thank you (the seller who helped me) for contacting UPS directly.
