The boot is soft comfortable once you get it on your foot. But that's the part that's kinda hard to explain so had to show my hand next to top to show how small the opening is ,most boots are designed with a wider cuff at the top to guide the foot in comfortably without struggling. This boot does not have that its like the top is made for small feet then the inside is made for (example) size 10 on up . Once your foot is in they're comfortable ,real cow hide leather. Just that if you buy these they're not a bad boot just plan on using a shoehorn or getting a stretcher for shoes wich should work. The item ships quickly ,quality is good just a little glitch .and the packaging is a box inside a company box .So I recommend this seller just Knowlton at the reviews first. ... show more

I had really high hopes for these boots but despite the fact that they fit correctly they feel snug but as you walk there is a lot of slop on it and it sounds like you're wearing flip flops my foot constantly slides up and down in the heel part with every step so not only the feeling is annoying but also the sound that it makes is very annoying. I got a half a size smaller hoping that getting a smaller boot there will be not much of a heel play but it's not. ... show more
