The first pair I got had a defect in the lining. Sent them back and got another pair. The second pair fit well, were lite, and felt stable in them. My only hold up was that the boot's insoles were the thinnest I've ever seen. The only reason I didn't change them was because I had no time to change them out. That being said, I have been working with them for 2 months now and they are still as comfortable as the day I got them. It's an enginma. The material is still holding up too. I still recommend to get insoles for most people, but I'm going to rock the thin insoles until it get annoying. I'm glad I gave them a second chance.

I bought these for my son who was hesitant to wear steel toes. He ended up wearing these even when he wasn't working because they were so comfortable. He wore them exclusively for 1.5 years and finally outgrew them. Great tread, breathable, toe protection for work. An all around great shoe!

Probably get a 1/2 size bigger than what you normally wear if you plan on working in these shoes. Absolutely loved these shoes for the first couple months. They started hurting my feet so I figured I just had to get a new pair of insoles because the ones they come with are probably cheap. When I took them out, I realized they’re paper thin. No wonder I wore through them so quick. Put a decent pair of insoles in them and now the shoes are a bit too small and hurt even more. I normally wear a 10 1/2 mens shoe so that’s what I got. With insoles that are actually designed to be worked in all day, the 10 1/2 are more like a 10. Guess I gotta get a whole new pair of shoes now or replace the insoles every 2 months with new paper thin ones.

Wolverine has become a substandard purveyor of overpriced bottom line foreign manufactured footwear. The founders would be truly upset. Too small for the supposed size, poorly made junk. Returned immediately!

This is the second pair of this model I have purchased. I was surprised the sizing was different. My shoe size hasn't changed but previously I wore a 9 1/2 and this time I had to return them for a 10. Otherwise great shoe. Feels sturdy and look nice.

Wolverine quality is not what it used to be. Been wearing these to work for a month. Right out of the box the eyelets started coming apart on both boots, as well as some of the laminated trim came loose from the fabric. They are light and comfortable, but I'll be lucky to get 4 months out of these....I used to get 2 years. Going back to ARIAT.

Get the right size and these things are comfortable. I go through some work boots and have found these to be lasting and provide comfort. Although they are ankle high they don't provide a lot of ankle support but otherwise I like them... My third pair in seven years.

Just got these today, been wearing them for the past 6 hours, they do need about a day to break in. These are very light, typical of many styles of boots and shoes with hardened toes made by Wolverine. Typically I order 1/2 size larger when buying shoes/boots with protective toe caps, this boot was no exception. I've always had good luck with Wolverine products, these boots should serve me well also.
