Hurricane Ian altered my local camping plans so I finally just set this up in my garage to try it out. It was simple to open up, and surprisingly easy to fold back up. In fact, I succeeded on my first try. I found a Wolfwise video and another video to be very helpful for folding this up and became familiar with them before I even took this tent out of the bag. Directions are also attached to the bag, although I didn't need to look this time. Still, it's nice to know they're there for in the future. I had previously purchased (not from Amazon) a pop-up privacy tent made by another company that was horrible: an open-mesh top with no rainfly, almost see-through, and nearly impossible to fold back up, so this WolfWise tent is a very pleasant surprise. I'm 5'7" and won't have any trouble changing in it, and there's enough room to comfortably fit a portable toilet and use it. Its silver coating helps to ensure privacy while someone is inside. It's nice to have the rainfly as an option, and it's easy to put on. The included floor is also good to have to keep feet clean and protected. The corners of the floor can be staked along with the corners of the tent. I can't comment on how showering would be if using a sun shower with the hose coming through the side window. It would probably be okay, but there isn't a hook to attach the hose to inside as I think there is with some other pop-up tents. So far I'm happy with this purchase, and I think it's a good value for the price. When I actually get a chance to try it out when camping, I'll try to remember to come back and update this review. ... show more

This idea of springing up, right out of the bag, really works. It's sturdy with tight fabric panels. The zipper works well. I like the air vent at the top as the access for a shower head. The separate floor drains water from a shower and it can be packed later if still wet or dirty. If you haven't put one of these back in the bag before, watch the video instructions so you can do each step and in the right order. It really is quick to pack up. ... show more

*Edit* The seller responded to my review and provided me with a refund with no requirement to return the product. I haven't had the opportunity to use this in the real world yet so I don't know if my original fears about the zippers are warranted. I've been asked a couple of times since the refund to change my review. I will say that I'm pleased that the seller reads their reviews and that they are willing to help make the customer happy. I'll have the opportunity to use this in the not-too-distant future and will let everyone know how it goes. I hope that I don't have to downgrade this from a 3 star. The product was VERY easy to set up and....easy-ish to fold down though the instructions were a bit vague. The problem I have is that BOTH of the vent/peep holes in the side had the zippers separated when I opened it up. I was able to push the zippers all the way in one direction and then back and the zipper caught but it doesn't look like it's really going to hold. The zipper on the front flap was okay BUT it was pretty taut at the lower corners and, again, looked and felt like the zipper teeth were going to separate. I don't think I'll be zipping it all the way closed. I'll just zip it down to the bottom and not go around those corners. Also, there was no rain fly. It did have the ground cloth. I was hoping to use this during the summer at sporting events for shade. That's a no go without a rain fly. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm a photographer and sometimes my clients want to switch outfits. If we're out in a field or on the beach and can't get back to a bathroom fast enough for sunset, this pops up and down within 5 minutes. They can change quick and we can continue on with very little interruption. I didn't realize there were directions to fold it back up the first time I used it so I struggled big time and had a laugh at my self actually. Our rv shower floor was leaking so I purchased this tent and hooked-up an outside shower with our exterior rv faucets. This worked great and almost was better and roomier than the actual rv shower. Granted we used this from June to July when us was warmer thankfully.

    • Learn how it folds, then you will like it.

The directions for how to fold it back is sown into the carrying case. When I first took it out, I attempted to study how it was folded straight from the package. Instead, it sprung up and opened. So I was left with just the instructions. I waited for my Gf to help me the first time. It took us about 2 minutes to figure it out. Step 1 and 2 are easy. But, step 3 is impossible to explain. When you first get your's. Do step 1 = fold from top to bottom. Then do step 2 = grab the middle. Step 3 = folding it back to how you got it. It just kinda does it. I just wiggled it until it folds correctly. I still don't understand how I do it. It just kinda happens... Step 4 = your done.. Practice it a few times. The first time, with my gf, took me 2 minutes. The next few times, by myself, took me 10 seconds or less. It's not that complicated. Be smarter than the object. I take motorcycle trips. I carry camping gear with me. *I use this tent to keep the wind off me while I cook. *It also comes in handy when I take a break and want to keep the sun off me in the summer. I am not sure how this would hold a 5 gallon shower. If you really want to use this for an outdoor shower. You would need to hang the water from the tree and cut through the tents mesh top. I didn't buy this to shower, I use it for other purposes. So I am happy with it. But Its not going to hold your water, Nor is it tall enough. ** for storage, I keep it stored in the garage sprung out, or separate from the circular travel case.
