Best customer service
This company has wonderful customer service. We ordered 16 tanning bulbs and only 6 arrived intact. I contacted the company (telephone number was clearly labeled in orange on the box) and received the replacement bulbs 3 days later. The tanning bulbs are great. I’m much darker after 1 session.

Good Bulbs
These bulbs replaced Wolff Velocity which didn't last as long as I thought they should. I had a bit of a base so I started at 11 minutes and increased by a couple minutes each day. I didn't get anything noticeable until about 18 minutes so I've settled in at 20 minutes. I recommend starting slow as we are all different. ... show more

Damage to 3 bulbs. They will not stop flickering.
Only problem bulbs were packaged great but one end of my box had taken a pretty good hit. After opening the box it looked as if there were no damage because the packaging was superb. After installing the bulbs I had 3 bulbs that would not stop flickering or be as bright as the rest. I repositioned them but no difference. I will try to contact the manufacturer to see if there is a warranty but the damage to the packaging may not have caused the damage to the bulbs but I am unclear I am a newbie but I was disappointed along with my wife but all other bulbs were wonderful. We will contact the seller for possible replacements or if this is something I have to deal with. ... show more

Good value. Worked much better than the stock bulbs. Saw an immediate improvement in just a few sessions. Not hot.

disappointed
I bought these bulbs 3 months ago and 2 have already burnt out. I contacted the seller and I was told to contact Wolff due to I've pass my return date. Very disappointed Wolff isn't going to help me since I bought them from Amazon. These bulbs should last SEVERAL years, due to only being used once a day. Not just 3 short months. I would suggest NOT purchase these bulbs from anyone other than Wolff a legit company. Out over $200 ... show more
