Does what it’s meant for. Fits great into a few of my different running/workout vest. Only issue is that compared to the curved plats these do start to feel like a huge clamp squeezing you after several minutes;However this might be different based on others chest/body types I suppose.

I use these in their weight vest and, naturally, they fit. They are NOT uncomfortable, however, they are flat and obviously don't conform to angles or curves. I should've bought the curved ones but couldn't justify the extra expense. Maybe you can?
