I received the WNOEY LAT pull down bar yesterday (6/21/21) and I like it so far. I have an Inspire FTX functional trainer but it came with the bar that connects to the carabiners/weights on each end, and I’m not able to jump to another exercise right away. With this bar, I can switch back and forth without having to unhook the pull down bar since it hooks in the middle and only connects to one side of the functional trainer. The grip is very comfortable and appears to be good quality but not heavy duty as the ones one would find at the commercial gyms. I don’t expect this one to last me decades but for the price, it appears to be good enough for me. I don’t usually do the exercises with heavy weights. Good for the price. ... show more

    • Detachable ends great for golf/baseball/lacrosse/etc. Workouts
I mainly bought this for the two detachable padded end pieces to use for golf specific workouts on cable machines or with resistance bands. Also great for challenging your grip by using a rod instead of a handle for certain movements. As a bar the middle d-ring type connection can by a little awkward. Always seems to end up pointing straight at my chest so I have to make a point not to poke myself with it. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. NOT SAFE FOR BEARING WEIGHT. What I pictured is what happened before I even did a single rep with this bar. They couldn’t even put the threads into the bar. Instead put some garbage insert that just sits in there with glue or some garbage weld.

Connections at ends where it connects is great. Stronger than i expected. Swivels at ends work great. Love this. Perfect for Bowflex.

    • Great for the price. One concern.
For the price it is tough to beat. Very versatile having 3 attachment points and a comfortable grip material. however, I am not so sure about the sturdiness. It says it can be loaded to 800 pounds, but just doing my reps on a cable/pulley system with around 200 pounds, it feels like it is bending a little after about 10 workouts. And, it is definitely flexing a good bit during use, making me a tad nervous. The perceived residual bend is pretty minimal so far, and since the middle is a joint it is tough to tell if it is indeed staying bent. Only time will tell if it holds up, I suppose.
