Love love love this chair. It's super cute and very comfortable. I got it for my office as a place to relax and read, but also to have an extra bed for guests. I am honestly super pleased with it. The ONLY issue I had with it was that the pillow was ridiculously lumpy. I unzipped it and found that it was stuffed with a bag of cut up sponge squares. I just took some left over cotton stuffing from an emergency teddy bear surgery and refilled it with that. Now, it's perfect. As far as assembly, I don't really know because I ordered one that had been returned (saved money), so mine came already put together; but honestly, it looks pretty easy. ... show more

For me (46 yr old) it was so short and uncomfortable… BUT for my granddaughter (who it was for), it’s perfect!!! I’m so glad I made the purchase, even with the low reviews, and it was on sale!!! She loves it and it super soft and cozy for her!!!

Here is your revised review with those additional details incorporated in a professional tone: ⸻ I purchased this sofa bed futon based on the product description; however, my experience did not align with what was advertised. First, the listing clearly states that no assembly is required. This is inaccurate. The frame arrives dismantled and must be assembled upon delivery. Additionally, once assembled, the frame does not feel sturdy or well-constructed. Second, the description lists the seat height as 26.8 inches, and the product images depict a couple seated comfortably at what appears to be a standard sofa height. In reality, the futon sits significantly lower than advertised. For comparison, I own a 20-inch couch that is noticeably taller than this futon. Because of how low it sits, it almost appears as though a component is missing. The proportions simply do not look right. In terms of comfort, I am 5’6” and weigh 123 pounds. After sitting on it for approximately 15 minutes to test it, the cushion felt as though it were deflating beneath me. The support is minimal, and I did not find it comfortable at all. Lastly, the return policy presents a significant challenge. While I still have the original box, the mattress was delivered vacuum-sealed in plastic. Without specialized equipment, it is nearly impossible to compress and reseal the mattress to fit back into the original packaging as required for return. As someone who has had to sleep on this thing for the past few days. Unless you are a weightless toddler who can quickly recover from basically sleeping on the ground, do not recommend. The pads are incredibly thin.
