It’s been to Best Buy twice to the geek squad. Still couldn’t access internet. Had my sound system guys out, they had to hard wire to get access. Still can’t hook up printer. Wish I had just bought a brand new Mac.

I saw some negative reviews on this product but there were many positive ones so I went ahead and purchased it. This computer is working great for me and has no signs of prior use. Everything looks new. I believe the included keyboard and mouse are new. Although repacked and with generic wired accessories, this was delivered in great shape. Screen quality looks almost brand new. This is a 27inch late 2015 model iMac running El Capitan. The only reasons I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the machine came with 8GB of ram instead of 16GB as advertised. The seller did reimburse me almost the full value for missing 8GB ram which you can easily install yourself on this model. The 1TB fusion drive was also not properly formatted and partitioned off with the OS installed on the flash memory. A couple of Google searches lead me to detailed instructions on how to correct the issue so I was able to upgrade to the new Catalina OS and have full functionality.
