This review is for smaller unit was 3.5W and unfortunately i don't see that anymore on this listing. Any way it was easy to assemble and it did worked as claimed. I'm not using it extensively so no stress test have been done. But for anyone beginner like me this gave me option to explore engraving within the budget. It was easy to put together and use, however, if you need to speak to someone, you won't be able to you'll have to go to that site contact us and then you'll have to give your name and your email address and type out your issue then give them 24 hours to respond to you. I'm still waiting so I don't know how that process is gonna go after you send your message. I don't know if they'll send you a message and then you reply and have to wait 24 hours for them to reply so for me because of not being able to chat with someone even if it's not 24 hours a day at least during business hours, that's a no go for me so I'm gonna box mine up and return it. I went through several options to try to fix it kept getting error. Messages went to their ask questions and it still gives you a broad scope of things that did not help me. ... show more

Only wish they had standard legs for this unit, Corners have tapped threads for some sort of elevating devise.
