I was worried that since the price is pretty low this would be a junk kit, but it's actually great! The wireless tattoo machine works amazing, the battery charges fast and holds a charge for a long time, and it's very simple to use. It doesn't feel like a cheap machine either. Obviously you'll want to buy better quality inks, but the ones included aren't that bad, especially the black. My only complaint is that the power supply they include for free has no numbers or indicators for the voltage, so if you're just starting out learning it's tricky to know where to put the dial because you pretty much just have to learn how to know the voltage by the sound and speed of your machine. I haven't even needed to use the power supply though, as I've strictly used the tattoo machine with the battery pack as a wireless machine, so it's not a big deal for me. I'd definitely recommend this kit!!! I love it!!

I ordered this pen with a back up battery but the back up battery doesn't gold tightly and give a good connection when moving around plz help. I tried to reach out couple times but no response yet. Other then the back up battery not fitting properly I'm extremely happy with your products and will continue to use you as a supplier for my studio.

I really love this rotary its a quite a lot louder than the last one i bought which was the same brand it works fine its just loud sounds like i was using my old coil machine. The wireless battery supply on the other hand is really nice and works with my green see-through rotary by wormhole. The ink is wonderful and the colors are very vibrant so far ive only used the purple, red, green, and orange and they all look fantastic in the skin! Pretty darn happy with my purchase!🙌

I ordered the pink and was really excited for it but then when I opened it I was very disappointed they gave me the black one. Other than that it works as good as an 80$ machine would. Had to twist extra extra hard to get the needle to stay in, other wise it would shoot out whenever I started the machine. Scary.
