This brand is so fascinating to me… it’s soooo inexpensive and it seems crazy to me to get a complete kit for under $25. I guess the plastic casing of the pen contributes to the lower price. You still get all the same basic supplies as you would with other brands (Wormhole, Madt, Dragonhawk, Rhein, etc). The machine itself may not have a long-lasting motor if it’s anything like the last Samonay pen I tried. It perfecormed ok for a few months, then just gave out and stopped turning on. 🫤 If you get this, just be prepared to eventually need a much nicer quality machine. For practice, it’ll do fine. The shape is basic, the screen is basic, and it doesn’t have adjustable stroke lengths…. But that’s ok if you’re just hoping to perfect your skills. It’s also not the quietest machine I’ve used, but it gets the job done. The cartridges come in mixed sizes, which is nice so you can decide what you’ll be needing more of. Overall, I can’t really complain for the cheap price tag. If you want a similar kit and can pay $20+ more, look at Wormhole or Dragonhawk!
