This kit has most of what you need to get started with tattooing. Obviously you'll need more practice skin very quickly, and I would recommend getting the thicker practice skins rather than thin stuff, so it feels more real and you can use both sides. You'll also need further disposable items (gloves, bags, liners and wrap), but it's nice that they include these first few just so you get the idea of what you'll typically need. The ink in this kit claims to actually be skin safe, which is unusually good compared to other beginner kits I've tried. If you just want to learn, and apply one single tattoo, this kit can get you there for much less money than paying a professional to do it. The one thing I don't love is that the gun itself is very thick. Small hands may struggle to control it with the dexterity required for making art. I have other rotary tattoo guns that are far more streamlined and ergonomic. If you have big hands, this won't be an issue, but it's something to be aware of if you're more diminutive (medium glove size or smaller).

This kit has everything you need to get started. It comes with practice skins, a few needles, a variety of colors, ink cup, ink tray, tape, soap, transfer gel, gloves, bandages and transfer papers. The battery life is great for sessions. It's comfortable to hold. It's pretty quiet compared to others I've tried. It's a nice kit for beginners or someone like me who just loves to play around on the practice skins.

This tattoo machine is ok. Not the greatest but not the worst that I have tried. It seems that more time was put into the logo design on the machine rather than the machine itself. The screen on the top is fine, but it does not display much information. Twisting the middle to adjust the base is very difficult. I tested this gun on fake skin, and it did work. It does have enough power to function and work. This kit does come with everything needed to get started with tattooing. There is ink, gloves, cartridge needles, fake skin, soap, ink cups, and more. The accessories are great. I like kits that come with everything needed.
