Update #2: The replacement camera sucks and they didn’t include the memory card like the other ones including the one I returned. The cameras constantly want to be reset. I’m over this company. Update: Their customer service contacted me. I had to send them the nonworking camera and they mailed me a new one. I did have to pay for the return postage. I have not received it yet but it’s coming. They asked me to update this by a certain date. Customer service is nice. I hope the replacement works. When they work, they work great. One of them will not work anymore. Sometimes I have to plug them in because the solar panels do not always work. ... show more

    • Set up the cloudeye account first before you hang the cameras

Was not very hard to do, it takes a while to set up cloudeye do it FIRST it will save you much grief. Once you have it on your phone you can go outside and see what the camera sees on the phone and can adjust it as needed we had to buy an 8-port Gigabit desktop switch ( 8-port was all they had) we had to be able to split the internet, also had to buy the cord to go with it. It took half a day to set up 4 cameras, the pictures are so clear, and the night ones are super good. You can call the cameras and talk to anyone who is near them, you could scare the crap out of someone really easily.. LOL, They can talk back to you as well. We'll see how winter goes and if they can hold up in Wyoming's wind and cold! So far so good had them up for a week. and they get our wifi real strong and 2 of them are kinda far away so I was worried but seems to be good. ... show more

Camera does the job. 2-way speaker is a great feature. You have to get cloud storage, although you may be eligible for 1 year no additional charge. I will update when I’ve used the product for a month.

    • Solar Cameras work fair
The only issue I have is that they sometimes take a minute or so to 'WAKE UP" so that you can see what's happening in the camera's view. By the time it pulls up the picture, it's too late. Video quality is great.

I was unable to use this device on 5G wireless. It is compatible with 2.5G. I received a full refund when I returned the item. The seller indicates that the company has been asked to update their documentation and hopefully the web description to alert buyers to the compatibility issue.
