I had been shopping for several different cameras before coming across this brand and I'm super glad I did! It's very easy to install the cameras, it's plug and play and the monitor is really useful. I looked into the settings and I love having different options for an alarm and the sound, even being able to have it for a specific time ranger and the motion detection can be changed which is an added bonus. The cameras connected really well, have good range, good night vision, love the sound that you can hear as well. Costumer support is also really nice and responsive, they helped me connect one of the cameras after I accidentally did something wrong. I'd highly recommend these cameras and since the monitor can support up to 10 cameras total, I might buy more because they're just that good! ... show more

The DVR stopped working in just a few weeks. I really liked the video quality and the cameras were easy to use. The range was fantastic. Very nice system but I'm so disappointed that it did not last. There does not appear to be any easy way to replace just the DVR.

I installed this security camera in my new warehouse, and the image quality and video clarity are fantastic! I can easily zoom in, zoom out, and rotate the camera, adjusting it to the angle I want with just my mouse. Even more surprisingly, I can hear sounds from outside through the camera and even have two-way conversations with people! This is a great system. People have pointed out you have to purchase a cloud account. This is not true. It's an 'ad' to purchase it. Click the 'SD' and it will be able to play from the phone. Secondly, there are only two things I don't like about it. It does not record, from what I can tell, in HD. HD is only an option for during live viewing. Secondly, you can not adjust how far the camera scrolls. If you want to have a location to be front and center in the view, the best you can do is what the pre program of the system allows which is often zooming past what you want to observe. I've coped with this by zooming in to 10x, which reduces how far the camera scrolls per scroll's movement. If there was a way to tap the screen to make the camera stop scrolling, that would be mint. But other than these things, it's a solid grade A, from me. ... show more

This unit was easy to install, was up and running with a push of a couple of buttons. Almost set itself up! With a 1TB hard drive and all the features, tough to argue the price either. On my 3rd camera system over the years and this is by far the easiest to use. Picture quality was great. This system is easy and the distance from camera to base monitor was far! Works great so far! Update: In less than 1 year, 2 power supplies have failed and 1 camera is dead. At 15 months, the hard drive is no longer recording any events. Prior to the 1 yr, I attempted to contact the seller about the camera, but no one responded. THIS SYSTEM IS COMPLETE JUNK - DO NOT BUY!!! The picture is very clear and range of reception is great! I wish the view of the camera lens angle was wider, but still ok. Directions in the box are not good and still don't know how to use all the functions of the cameras, but the most annoying thing and you won't know this until after the 30 day return period has passed is that every time you open the app, the vendor wants you to PAY for cloud service which is a never for me! And that is why I cut it down to 3 stars for the review. The app needs help and the ANNOYING cloud service needs to go! ... show more
