Horrible.... it works, but here's the thing.... having 17 copies of the same game is kinda dumb. Also, I only got this because my brother got one and it had some cool nostalgia games on there from when I was a kid. THIS SAME ITEM. SAME POST. Mine does not have ANY of those games on it. Matter of fact, in the "PS1" section, I have 2 pages as where he has 8... Driver, driver 2, twisted metal, mortal kombat trilogy... he has all of those, I do not. What in the hell even is that!? My buddy ordered one too so we will see how bad the consistency is but I definitely would NOT recommend this as what you see, you might not get.

Bought it for the family to cure the Christmas present curiosity. Out of the box it was amazing! We played a bunch of classic games that brought awesome childhood memories back. The next time we had a chance to play went well also. When my son and I had a spare moment in the evening, (the third time using), it wouldn’t start up. It doesn’t even send out a signal to the tv. My youth with the NES system kicked in and made me start the process, turn power off, take the parts and blow on em. Change wires and base. Change which port in the tv it was plugged into. Then finally , it came on the menus to pick game! But, it wouldn’t let either controller, with fresh batteries, pick a game. So now we can’t use it. I’d like to return it for a new one, because I really wanted this to work. But honestly if we are going to get the same problem on a new one, we’d rather have our money back to buy a different one.

there are a lot of games of old time. I have played a few and it was fun to play those old games. The controllers are light but responsive. It requires 2 AAA batteries for each controller. The main game console use micro usb port for power, wish it was usb C. But for the price of this unit, I give it 5-star.

One because there are no other lower ratings available. The controles worked intermittently or not at all. With super Mario on SNES I had to trade controls between us. I took a break from playing and then tried several other super Mario games on SNES and none of them let me even select 1 or 2 players. I tried many emulators but found very little success, games loaded but I was unable to select anything, much less play the game. This was another waste of money on my 3rd by of retro gaming sticks. I think I’m done trying but if I find one that works I will definitely review it as such.
