  • Fantastic!
Style: 20000 Games
This Wireless Retro Game Console is simply amazing for every lover of games! Effectively, it has an impressive library of 20000 games built-in: you get classics and new gems with the same interface. Nothing could be easier to set up – simply plug and play and the dual 2.4G wireless controllers are fantastic with an impressive range between them, especially for multiplayer. The amount of storage space available is 64G which also helps in running 10-emulator to play number of games without any issues on my television. ... show more

  • Glitchier than my ex wife
Not worth the money whatsoever. Cons: 1) Feels very cheaply made 2) Bought the 50,000 game version, and there was something around 43,000 games on it. 3) Not surprised, but tons games were duplicates from different consoles, and of course tons of sequels. 4) Either one of the super-cheap controllers was glitching, or the software itself was, causing the game menu to constantly scroll until you used the d-pad instead of the joysticks. 5) Multiple of the few games we got to try, the controllers didn't work for them and we couldn't get through the menu to actually play the game. 6) In an hour we managed to try maybe 10 games, because EVERY. SINGLE. GAME would get stuck and even when you could find the correct buttons (which were different for every emulator) to get to the various emulator sub-menus , you still couldn't get out of the sub-menu and back to the main menu. This leaves you with unplugging the device from the wall for a hard reset. Even then, sometimes it would lock up trying to restart and you'd have to do it again. Out of the 10 games we tried, I managed to get back to the game-list once without a hard-boot. Even when I managed that, we had to wait for--what seemed like--the entire OS to boot back up again. Pros: 1) the idea was cool until it was implemented Overall: Not worth the money. For the $60 you'd be better to find an old Raspberry Pi and build yourself a little emulator system. I am new to emulators, so maybe the controller issues part is common--I don't know--but you can't enjoy a system when half the games aren't playable and all your doing is wasting time rebooting over and over trying to find a game that will actually work. And rounding up from 43,000 to 50,000 games is inexcusable from a marketing standpoint. ... show more

  • Fun for the whole family
This is something that brings me back to my youth as these old games are things that I grow up with however it is still as fun as I remember it. Also the games are games that you don't have to worry about your kid playing unless you are strictly against violence then maybe stay away from mortal combat games and boxing. ... show more

  • Hot Mess
So, I wasn't expecting this to be without a few bugs by any means, but this is pretty rough. The connection is easy enough but the navigation and controllers are a disaster. If you can get into an individual game (I by no means tried them all but was batting 50% on the 10-12 random ones I tried. The rest gave you an error message) you cant get back to the main menu without powering everything down and back up again. The controller functions would only take you back to the main screen of the game you were in. The main buttons did work on the controllers but the secondary buttons did not function. Definitely some nostalgia involved but there has to be a better mousetrap to play the old games. ... show more

  • This thing is pretty cool
Some of the games freeze up which means you have to unplug it and plug it back in and a few games are leggy. But if your into the super Nintendo and all that older stuff it is pretty cool.

  • Very Usable and Fun
Style: 40000 Games
Instructions aren't the best. However if you know anything about emulators on computers, roms, and stuff, this is very ez. Sound quality is awesome coming out of my audio system. Gameplay is good, even many feet from the unit. There are SO MANY titles available and so far, every one of them has worked just fine for me. I have not yet tried to use my own curated roms with it. I LOVE the fact that I can do that, create my own curated sd cards for specific purposes, etc. Plus playing J-Bird from the Commodore 64 was rad again. ... show more

  • Love Games
Style: 40000 Games
I bought this as a Christmas present, so I have not opened it. The box looks like exactly what was described when purchased. It arrived promptly and the box was undamaged, so I am hopeful that it will be great. I am looking forward to seeing how it operates on Christmas day. I would recommend.

  • Disappointing
90% of the time when you want to exit the game to select a different game, it freezes and you have to power off the TV to restart the device and yes, I did switch the controller off and back on like the directions said. There are tons of glitches and lags. I'm not at all impressed.
