  • Excellent keyboard
Color: Textured Black
Keyboard sound and key press feel is really good. No issues over all and works great with mac. Setup was very easy. Keyboard does not feel cheap and price is very good as well. I would recommend.

  • Creamy Sound, Solid Build, Perfect Feel — Kisnt Got This Right
Color: Retro Beige
I kept seeing this keyboard everywhere — the one that kept getting away. I wasn’t sure about the build quality at first. Months ago, I saw a great review from Hipoyotec, but still didn’t pull the trigger. Eventually my keyboard addiction got the best of me, and I’m glad it did. This thing is thocky, creamy, sturdy, and feels like real quality when you’re using it. I love it. 100% worth the price. The layout on the right side is perfect, it works great with Linux, and it just looks slick. I do wish they included a bit more in the box — maybe extra caps or switches — but that’s just the spoiled keyboard addict in me talking. I’ve lost count of how many keyboards I own at this point. I’ll try anything: cheap, midrange, “premium.” I rarely spend over $150, and honestly, I usually stay under $90. I love finding hidden gems like this one. Half the fun of this hobby is taking something mediocre and making it great. A while back I bought a $7 keyboard off Amazon, swapped the switches, lubed it, threw on new caps, and took it traveling — it ended up becoming one of my favorites. Aluminum boards are gorgeous, sure, but they can be overrated. Leobog makes some fantastic ones too. I’ve got boxes of switches and caps I haven’t even opened yet. I’ve stopped counting. Probably over fifty by now. And don’t even get me started on HE switches — that’s another rabbit hole entirely. Anyway, back on track: this Kisnt keyboard is easily in my top ten, maybe even top five. Every Wednesday I rotate keyboards — swap, tune, re-evaluate — but this one doesn’t need a thing. It sounds and feels perfect right out of the box. Thanks, Kisnt. You nailed it. ... show more

  • Super impressive for the price.
Color: Retro Beige
I'm shocked at the quality of this keyboard for the price. The main case is plastic but a is very good quality plastic. Obviously, it's not going to be aluminum at this price. The quality of the keycaps is also excellent. They are the more premium PBT plastic rather than the cheaper ABS plastic and they feel great. It even has more features than my other higher end mechanical keyboard as this one not only has wired USB (obviously), but also 2.4 Ghz dongle (which secures nicely in a little cutout of the bottom of the keyboard and held in magnetically), and a whooping 3 Bluetooth channels so you can pair this keyboard with many different devices at the same time. I love the layout as well. It's a little smaller than a TKL layout keyboard, but without any compromises. Typically, I don't like 75% or less because you lose too many useful keys or they have them in a weird place, but this keyboard's layout is perfectly done. You still have all of your Home, End, PgUp, PgDn, Insert, Delete, and Print Screen and Pause/Break keys. The only key missing is the Scroll Lock key which is never used anyway so this is perfect. It has nice RGB that lights up under and around the keys. Also comes with some extra switches and even a decent keycap and switch puller tool. Even comes a thin, cheap, plastic dust cover which I appreciate. My only complaint whatsoever about this keyboard is that I'm not too crazy about the switches, but that's really a personal preference thing. They're certainly not terrible and I can definitely see other people with different preferences liking these, as actually a lot of other reviewers did really like the switches. But I'll probably be swapping them out, which is another great thing about this keyboard is that they are hot swappable. For those wondering about the sound - the stock keyboard is clacky rather than thocky. ... show more

  • Comfortable, creamy sound, easy set up.
Color: Retro Beige
Set up was a breeze, simply plug in. It charges in a few hours. This keyboard is really nice. I like the “creamy” sound other viewers have described. A VERY light touch is all you need to type. I won’t say it’s sensitive, it just requires a light touch of each key. That is something I need to get used to. I have a laptop set up on a riser, and needed a keyboard that will fit in the small space beneath it. This was my choice after reviewing MANY keyboards. I also wanted a laptop with raised keys, a mechanical keyboard. I like the “old school” feel of it. Weight: it’s heavy. I won’t be traveling with it, so that doesn’t matter to me. But I love the heaviness of it. Feels secure in its spot. Ergonomics: there are two levels if you want to change the angle. Three is you count not using the little feet at the back. I also have a padded hand/wrist rest for extra comfort (NOT INCLUDED) but the keyboard itself is comfortable to use. Color: I would have preferred black to match my desk accessories and laptop, or blue my favorite color. I went for the least expensive option as the color doesn’t change the effectiveness of the device. Lights: it’s advertised as a gaming keyboard. I’m not a gamer, nor will I ever be. You CAN turn off the lights. Simply read the paperwork that comes in the package to know how. ... show more

  • A surprisingly nice keyboard for the price!
Color: Retro Beige
It's hard to imagine a keyboard that feels as nice to type on as this one for the money. I bought this keyboard as a temporary backup to use while I was cleaning the keycaps on my more expensive custom keyboard and I actually like typing on this one (the Kisnt KN85 that I am using right now to type this review) better. It's plastic, but feels quite solid, the switches are smooth and sound quite nice. The keycaps are good quality. They are not shine through, which isn't a problem for me. As far as connectivity goes, I am using it in wired mode, so I can't speak to the wireless functionality. YMMV there. I am docking this keyboard one star for the software, which is proprietary and seems a bit sketchy. If this had VIA compatibility it would be an easy 5 star recommend. One last note, I am using this keyboard on Windows and it works as expected. I have no knowledge of how it performs on Linux and/or Mac OS. ... show more

  • Best Keyboard I've Owned!
Color: Retro Beige
I'm typing this review on my Kisnt KN85 and I couldn't be happier! It's the best keyboard I've owned, and by some margin. It is able to be connected to 3 devices, at any given time, and has 3 options for pairing - Bluetooth, USB Bluetooth (included), and USB cable (included). The keys are durable, smooth, and creamy - no thocking here! I prefer a smaller keyboard layout, and the KN85's 80% is perfect for my home office. Typing is ultra-responsive, even on Bluetooth mode! The board is easy to clean with a standard air dusting device and wipes-down easily. The keys are swappable, but I have kept the OEM setup as the colors are fantastic. If there is any downside, it is a very heavy device, however I think this is a testament to the KN85's build quality, so no drop in stars from me! I highly recommend the Kisnt KN85. ... show more

  • LITERALLY MAKES ALL OTHER KEYBOARDS E-WASTE
Color: Retro Beige
Click to play video I have a dream. I dream that the keyboard market will be like this product. The coolest feature of the keyboard is the sound of typing. It makes the sound of pebbles rolling. This keyboard has become the benchmark for my keyboard purchase. Superiorly good but affordable. Looks like I've found treasure. I don't need to explain about this keyboard what the hot swaps are like, what the internal sound absorbers are like, what the keycaps are like. It's a keyboard that's completely equipped with everything. However, I can't say that the exterior finish is great. Bought this keyboard for typing. Its typing sound is clear and cheerful, which is entertaining, but not quiet. It's not suitable for spaces where you have to share it with others. It's also great for gaming because RGB is gorgeous. It's rather noisy to use in the office. It sells for about $40 but is worth more than $120. If you buy the Bsun linear switch separately, it's at least $20 to $30. So this keyboard, excluding the switch, only costs $10 to $20. How is it? More than half of the price of this keyboard is allocated to the switch. That's how valuable the keyboard is. Its cost-effective brands, AULA and WOB Rainy75, also collapsed in front of it. Now, AULA and WOB Rainy75 are not cost-effective keyboards. It is a good keyboard that can be taken out of the box and used right away. This keyboard has such a good typing sound that you don't have to mod it separately and the product is highly complete. After trying this product, you'll lose interest in the keyboard on the aluminum housing. That's how great it is. This product will raise the bar for keyboards and save you time for modding. Once again, "Never buy this keyboard. You will not be able to use another keyboard." PS. - If your time is precious, it is best to use this product. - It is a keyboard that you can't buy in Korea, either. It is a good keyboard that Koreans will go crazy about, too. - I wanted to remove one star due to missing keycaps among the components, but I was able to put up with it due to a nice typing sound. Advantages - Affordable for value. - Good typing sound. - No additional modding required. – a keyboard that's ready to go. - A retro design with a nice vibe. Weakness - The finish is not good. The upper part of the F array is narrow and the lower part is wide. The product's appearance is not perfect. - Spacebar typing sound doesn't match the overall typing sound - a little hi-pitch. - An extra keycap was not included. (white spacebar and 4 arrow keycaps) ... show more
