Got these on a whim and really like them. Definitely not a "cheap" headset. I usually use a full gaming headset for work, but that can get hot and uncomfortable with extended use. So I switch to these when I want an ear free. They're pretty light, and the flexible pad on the other end is nice, very comfortable. I don't have a very big head, and these do not put too much pressure in any one spot. Audio quality is very good, and my coworkers say I sound clear. That's about all I can ask for. It does come with a usb-a connector, which should be usb-c these days, but use an adapter and it's all good. Decent controls on them too, and they get loud when you need. Worked fine for a few months but now people can’t hear me and I’m muffled when I talk. **Update- silly me, my computer started defaulting the mic to my camera and not my headset. So the headset is working fine now lol all good!

So far, so good. Great battery life, comfortable and good range. The audio quality is not as good as my wired headset, and I wonder if customers can hear me as clearly. But to me, being wireless is worth it. I work from home in a call center type role and so far these do what they need to do, I do just wish the audio sound was more clear ... show more

I loved this headset for many reasons. It was very comfortable and I was able to change ears. But being wireless and working from home freed me up to do so much more. It was so easy to mute calls by raising the mic. Quality was great. I will be buying another since I make over 200 calls a day
