I backed this on Kickstarter and got 2 units for my wife and me. They worked so well that I later bought 1 more for my kid on Amazon. Now we have 3 in the house, all running perfectly, zero issues. This is NOT an ice-cold pad. It sits slightly below your body temperature and continuously absorbs your body heat through the night. Don’t expect instant magic. It takes a bit to adjust, but once you do, it works great. Tubes: you feel them with your hands, but once you lie down your weight spreads out and you don’t notice them. Noise: soft white noise, not disturbing. Humidity: none. Used for 3 months, refill only needed once, even in a slightly humid environment. Setup: super easy. Emptying: use the included short tube, bring it to the sink, drain from the bottom. No water spilling anywhere. Leaking: none for us. I used to wake up once a twice a night from tossing and turning, this product has solved this which is invaluable to me. If you expect a freezing mattress, this isn’t it. If you want consistent, comfortable sleep without overheating, this absolutely delivers. I also made thermal images and you can see how the tubes cool the pad down. You might not instantly feel it by simply laying on the pad for a short while, but you can see it works on the image’s.

I have tried both plugs, and the dam thing just constantly leaks water out of the drain. Also like 4 or 5 lines in the sheet for crimpted and crushed from when it was packaged , so the only water that seems to be flowing is only near where my head is, and that spot only seems to be cooler.

At 184$ I think it's great. In essence this is an evaporative cooler that cools down the water. The cooled water is pumped through the pad which helps cool you down under your sheets/comforter. Yes, I can feel the tubes in the pad, but not a big deal for me with my memory foam mattress. Being an evaporative cooler the performance will be strictly tied to the room's humidity. If you live in a humid area it will not be as effective as if you live in a dry area. Performance will of course improve if you are running a conventional AC system in the room. Here in West Texas, I welcome the humidity that it adds to the room. I wished that the unit was more robust though. Brass fittings for example. It feels very flimsy. I will update in the future if it breaks. If it does, I will gladly fix.

I bought this for my spouse because like me, she is a hot sleeper. I have a Chilipad cube which I love but I decided to try this out since it is about 1/3rd the price and it uses less electricity. The difference between the Dreamora Luna and the Chilipad cube is that the cube actively cools the water below room temperature where as the Luna sort of just pulls your body heat away with the moving water and cools it to room temperature with a fan. The Luna also makes the room noticeably more humid, while the cube does not. The cube just works better for keeping you cool at night. Also the water tubes for the Luna are kind of short which forced us to use the "cool" side due to the layout of the room and where we wanted to place it. The positive of the Luna is the price. It seems to be good quality, it looks good, was easy to install, and has a few extra features like a night light and timer. The noise level isnt bad at all either. Overall, it works ok but there are better options if you have the money. Its just different technology that is cheaper.

Keeps me from overheating in the middle of the night, pretty impressed, it uses 4cups of water per night in a dry area of the country, currently using on a foam hybrid mattress, I have it on the padded side and unit is at end of the bed I run it on #1, beside my head was a no go for a silent sleeper. Oh my goodness he loves it! Bought for a dude whose 36, about 330lbs, always hot and snores. When I tell you he didn't snore and was a snuggled little teddy bear the next day! I'm mad we bought the mouth guard snore thingy and the wedge pillows. Whole time he just needed to regulate his body temp better! If it doesn't work right, switch hoses and make sure to stretch the tubes all the way horizontal. He sleeps directly on it.
