I've been using this headset daily for all-day remote meetings for several months now. The things I like best about it are comfort, and battery life. Many headsets become uncomfortable during all-day meetings, and some even damage your hearing. This one does neither - I can almost forget I'm wearing it. Battery lasts all day too - I've never come close to draining it, even when I've used it for 12 hours straight. Two other things to note. One is mic positioning: the mic quality is good, but need to make sure it's positioned close enough to your mouth. Second is charging: it charges quickly, but can't be charged while in use - if you plug it in, it drops your call. Not an issue because its battery life is unbelievably long, but if you forget to charge it one day, you won't be able to charge it up during your meeting the next day. Overall a solid headset for extreme remote workers, would buy again.

This headset is clear and sounds great. Everyone can hear me without the background noise. I use it primarily for Zoom calls. I love the mute feature of putting the mic piece up. You can’t hear someone next to you if you have on the headphones and my ears do tend to get sweaty if I have it on for a long period of time (over an hour) but overall it’s great! Battery life lasts a long time.

Save your money and buy something else. I bought this back in February, so 4 months ago. It has already stoped working. The sound will get super quiet, then super loud, then I can only hear out of one ear and it makes listening to anything very difficult. I also was never able to get the Bluetooth setup to work so had to be used with the cord.

So it's a budget headset....I get that. As a regular headphone listening to music and my YouTube videos it's fine, great even. Sound quality is good and clear BUT there are some issues you need to know. Bluetooth connects well once u figure out how to get it into pairing mode however u can only connect to one device at a time (I'm used to my phone and computer being connected) so just choose which one and have at it. Then there's the issue with the audio source. Listening to YouTube and want to start your teams meeting...think again. It's absolutely irritating joining my meetings and having no audio as it's still seeing my paused YouTube video as the active audio. Changing my meeting audio source does nothing as well. The only thing that seems to work is to have someone call me into the meeting. I honestly don't know what's the issue but my pc is the same and my last headset did not have this issue. Finally...the mic...it's underwhelming at best and non functional at worst. I haven't been able to get it to work in my meetings and a few meeting apps have actually told me the mic isn't working (despite getting the audio confirmation that mic is on and being successful with mic tests). The few times I've got it work (with my phone) persons complain that I'm not clear or very low. It not a bad price point and battery life is pretty good (3-4 days) but the issues have taken away from all tht for me. I also like that you can use it while it is plugged in for charging. It's a 2.5/ 3 for me.
