I bought this headset for my work-from-home job to replace a wired headset, and it’s honestly been a game changer. It paired easily with my company laptop, and I wear it pretty much all day without issues. The wireless freedom makes a huge difference. I can get up, let the dog out, grab a drink, stretch, or even fold laundry while finishing a call. Sitting and talking all day was actually starting to cause back problems for me, and this has helped a lot by letting me move around more. Sound quality is better than the wired headset I was using before, and the noise canceling works well. People on the other end hear me clearly, and background noise doesn’t seem to come through, which is important when working from home. Battery life has been solid, and after about six months of regular use, I’ve had zero issues with connectivity or performance. For the price, this easily beats most other options I looked at. If you work from home and spend a lot of time on calls, I’d definitely recommend this headset. It’s comfortable, reliable, and makes the workday much more manageable

I recently started working from home, my supervisor told me about these and sent the link for these headphones, (she absolutely loves the Headphones). Now I have to admit, for the first 2 weeks, they were great I LOVED THEM! The set up was super easy and fast, I used the dongle because I've always had issues with Bluetooth in the past. As soon as I plug the dongle in, I was ready to go, super easy super fast! The sound quality was spot on, and everyone could hear me clearly, and the cushion on the ears was perfect, i have sensitive ears and all others hurt my ears within 5 min of wearing them, these im able to have on for a few hours before my ear gets sore. Huge plus for me. LOVED the flip up mic mute, made it so much easier during calls.. AFTER 2 WEEKS ABOUT, they started messing up, the mic would un-mute out of the blue white it was up still or even down, and then it would disconnect and I wouldn't be able.to turn them off. I would hold the power button down and literally nothing would happen. I would have to plug them in just to shut them off. The sound quality was far from clear and people were having trouble with hearing me or not hear me at all. It was very frustrating especially in meetings or in the middle of a call, was told i sounded as I was far away and could barely hear me or not even hear me at all... for my job it's important i have Headphones that are on point.... These unfortunately turned out to be a big disappointment especially when 2 other coworkers have the same pair and have had no issues other then turning them off at times... Luckily I'm still in the time frame where I'm able to return them!!

Had them for three years before I mistakenly broke them. Great noise cancellation, great mic, and good sound quality. Could be a tad louder but sound is really good. Seems like the mic has been iffy for the last month or so, so perhaps they were on their last leg anyway. That said, three years is not bad at all, and I used these practically everyday. Definitely got my money’s worth and will buy again.

I literally just installed this headset in 10secs! I didn’t have to go and connect on my computer I simply pressed the button, put the usb on my computer and bam! Paired! The blue light on the headset made me very happy. I don’t know if they are noise cancelling just yet. Some of my patients can hear ac with my previous headset so I’ll have to test putting it on to see. But the sound couldn’t be any clearer. I now have freedom to move around in my office. As someone with ADHD, it’s hard and drives me insane to sit still in one place without being able to move around. Now, I can complete tasks while working that I wouldn’t be able to do other wise. I was a bit apprehensive of purchasing since they weren’t branded but they outperformed my Logitech headphones. I ordered yesterday around 2ish and they were here by 5pm that same day shipping came in handy within a few hours. Couldn’t deal with the company headsets anymore. I’ve gone through 3 of them within 2 years. Not to mention my puppy can’t chew the cord anymore because they are wireless! I wanted the pink ones but they wouldn’t get here till Friday. Please do yourself a favor and purchase. They are very comfortable, don’t slide off, and made to be durable. LOVE THIS PRODUCT! UPDATE: 04/16/26 I checked to see if there was a noise cancelling button, I’m not sure how to make that option active, but I listened to my call after resolution and I could hear my background noise, which is very upsetting.

They work good, high volume capacity and noise suppression on the mic. However after a year the battery started to worsen and after a year a half the battery life is almost non existant went from 8 hours to 6 to 4 now 1 hour off the cable. I have to work plugged into the charger! It’s supposed to be Bluetooth. I use these for work m-f so technically I’ve used these for 475 work days so in that sense I’ve gotten my use out of them. But I don’t want to keep buying electronics annually. They should last.
