I am giving 5 stars bc this is the only headset I could find after 3 tries that actually did what I needed it to do! I wanted to let anyone else who’s looking know that it DOES work with a desk phone that allows for a dongle to plug into it. The sound quality is clear and the mic quality is good as well. Customers can hear me just fine and it doesn’t pick up any background noise and it doesn’t pick up my breathing like other headsets do. It is comfortable - okay to wear all day for work. The only things I wish it had differently is it does not turn off when you hit the power off button and it does not turn off on its own. I have found that when you plug it in to the charger it automatically turns off tho. That is a bit annoying to have to plug it in and then un plug it to turn it off but it does work. The other thing is that there is no audio feedback so I can’t hear myself when I’m talking to the customer. Some people might like that tho. I find with noise canceling headphones, i like to be able to hear myself talking to the customer as well so I know I’m not mumbling or screaming. Not a big deal as the customers haven’t been complaining and everyone seems to hear me just fine. Other than that, I’ve had no issues with the headset. I’ve read some mixed reviews that had steered me away from buying them at first and in the end, I should have bought them as my first purchase! I wanted to share in case anyone else was having similar issues.

I work from home and use these for work. I love the noise cancelling mute functions. They are very comfortable for long wear. They stay charged for a long while. The mic is clear and the Bluetooth connection allows for flexibility in movement. The volume control is great as well. They are very durable and adjust to fit your needs.

It works great. I will say it does give me a day or 2 of full 9 hours of talking before dying. There some static issues that got resolved by just turning off the headset and turning it back on. So easy to fix of that happens. I give it 4 stars because the mic while it sounds amazing it is stationary with no wiggle room. I found the way to navigate this problem and that's by turning the earphones a certain way to accommodate. The size is somewhat good, it did hurt my ears a few days. And I love the color of mine. Cream. All in all the connectivity is amazing! Would I buy it again? Yes, I believe the pros out weigh the cons. You won't be disappointed.

The audio of this headset coming in as decent. Nothing spectacular but clear and volume can get plenty loud if needed. For my particular soft phone, I found that if I use the “mic up” for mute function, it disconnects my call even though the manual says it doesn’t have the function to answer or end calls. Haven’t found a way to get it to answer though 😂 My biggest issue is that my calls sound clear in my recordings, but the callers are constantly mentioning that my audio is breaking up, sounds like there is an echo, or they just can’t hear me. I rarely had these complaints when I used a wired headset. I’m not sure if I have some kind of interference or possible compatibility issue but that’s what I have found after using them for a few months now daily. Battery life has been great, I haven’t had any issues there, and pairing was super easy with no difficulties. They are mostly comfortable, though I have a small head, and feel like others might find the pressure on the ears not great for all day wear. I wear my headset all day outside of breaks and lunch and sometimes my ears still are a little sore.

I ordered these to use with. Microsoft Teams. Since my employer will not allow Bluetooth, I needed to connect with a dongle. These headphones can connect with Bluetooth, a dangle, or with an audio cable. My laptop and Teams recognized them immediately. You can turn them on and off with a large button on the side and flip the microphone up and down to mute or speak. Best of all, they are very reasonably priced. They are actually better than some older Jabra headsets I had, which were a lot more expensive. Plus they are padded and do not bother me at all when wearing them for extended periods of time.
