Worked very well for the first few weeks but the last few days they will not work with microsoft teams in meetings. The microphone stops working and I have to completely reset the headphones to be able to use for other programs. I ended up connecting with bluetooth and unplugged the dongle and it will allow me to use teams. Just would rather use the dongle for a more stable connection but doesn’t look like I’m going to be able to now.

Bought this hoping I can finally answer calls in my home office with a noisy background. Unfortunately my toddler is super loud and yells so the microphone picks up the background noise. Everything else is great on the headset. Easy pairing on both the phone and PC and I can hear everything clearly. Picking up calls with the side button is awesome and it’s pretty comfortable. Other than the mic thing I’m pretty happy with i just wish it really worked on my screaming 2 year old haha

I love it! It connected to my PC so fast! Plug and play! I could hear very clearly on my calls! It worked great on Microsoft Teams for my meetings! Its comfortable for 8+ hours! You cannot mute unless you're on calls. I love how it looks and the cushy ear pads are awesome! WFH approved!

I’m not sure how I feel about this headset yet. I do like the fact it is wireless and the noise cancellation works really well. However, the volume isn’t what I expected it to be. I mainly use this headset for work calls, and while I can hear clearly it does sound a little muffled at times. I’m not sure if that’s due to that specific call or what because again it doesn’t sound muffled all the time. The volume also isn’t as loud as my last headset which is a bummer. Also, the mute button doesn’t work consistently. I read a review that the mute button only works during a call, but my mute button was able to work on and off calls but then it stopped after a day. Now it only works during calls which sucks. Not sure if this was a glitch so I called customer service and she was no help. I’m debating whether to return them and get a better headset. It’s not terrible, but I definitely think there can be room for improvement on the quality and functionality.

This picks up on so much noise 🥴 it makes me sad. They are cozy and cute but I mainly bought for noise cancellation and I can’t hear no one else while I wear them lol which is nice BUT they can hear the tv on low in the other room… picks up on static. Lots of complaints about backround noise and I work alone… and not able to adjust it so yeah. Idk. Not too great they’re okay

The media could not be loaded. I had seen the reviews in other items of this brand and decided to give it a shot to this one that didn’t have any, I needed a headphone that was wireless and double ear to better concentrate. I will say they are really good! The sound quality is great, the mic noise cancellation is great, and as well the headphones cushions help you to cut out any noise from the outside, which helps me to better concentrate. You can connect both your phone and computer at the same time, and the buttons work great! I’m glad I bought this pair as my first set for work!
