I’ve owned this Bluetooth earpiece for over a month now, and have been pleased with its utility. I prefer the behind the ear style, and this one came with several size cushions to make it customizable to your ear canal size. A great value overall with useful features that make it convenient to use. The case is very handy, and the battery life is great. Paired easily with my Samsung S10. Zero Problems. I would definitely buy again!

Easy setup and connection to Bluetooth. Control buttons are easily accessed and easy to use. Clear calls with little or no noise. In a very windy or noisy atmosphere, the mic seems to pick up more noise than my $70 headset. Perhaps a small wind sock would help. There is no voice alert feature for remaining battery time, but you can see remaining battery time under the Bluetooth connection settings on your cell phone. Very good headset, overall.

My old Plantronics earpiece died, and I wanted one at a good price that wasn't fancy, but that worked well. I found this one and it seemed to fit the bill... and it does. It works well, connects right to my phone, people can hear me well on calls, I can hear them, seems to cancel out surrounding noise decently enough. All good. I can't complain at this price point. In fact, for ~$20, it's fantastic! It does have some quirks, though. First is when you turn it on. It readily connects, but if I'm not immediately ready to make a call, an automated voice keeps saying, "connected"... repeatedly. Yeah, I got it the first time... no need to repeat. The other oddity is that when the headset is done charging, it turns itself on right as I disconnect the charge cord. That's weird. I didn't catch it the first time and couldn't figure out why I couldn't hear out of my phone's speaker... I went into the Bluetooth setting and saw it was connected to the headset. I was like, "how did that get turned on?" ...well, it turns itself on as you disconnect the charge cord (I can also see the red/blue LED flash as it pairs as it's turning on). Now that I know that, I just ensure I turn it off when I disconnect the charge cord. No problem. Other than that, everything works well, it's a great price, and let's hope it works for a long time!

Let's see functionality of it's very comfortable that's for sure I don't even realize it's there most of the time very functional easy to push the buttons and answer phone calls and things and charging speed on these things actually pretty fast and definitely worth the value of the money sound quality is great and actually battery life is really good too

This product was compact and came with an awesome case. The battery life was amazing and functionality of the buttons / controls were great and easy to use. It was hard to initially put in the ear piece but once you got it secured it felt comfortable and like it wouldn’t move. The biggest issue was the sound quality in noisy environments. Maybe if the mouthpiece extended farther or the microphone was more sensitive/had noise cancellation it would have fixed this issue. When I was in a loud environment it was hard to hear the other person speaking - it sounded a bit garbled. They also had difficulty hearing me speak if I was speaking softly and was in a louder environment.

The earpiece is excellent. Clear and concise mic. I wear glasses and it fits perfectly with them on. Very lightweight… you can’t even feel that it’s on! I’ve left fit on by accident after meetings for hours! Haven’t had to recharge in a week so far!
